David Pollak reports that San Jose Sharks coach Todd McLellan announced today that the Sharks plan to use Dany Heatley on left wing on a line with Joe Thornton and Devin Setoguchi. This isn’t much of a surprise but with Thonton as his center Heatley has 50 goals written all over him. This definitely won’t hurt Thornton or Setoguchi’s production wither. Heatley’s arrival will bump former captain Patrick Marleau to the second line where he will likely play the left side with Joe Pavelski as his centerman and Ryan Clowe on the other wing.
