Any rumors concerning Paul Kariya and a return to Anaheim can be put to rest as he will sit out this season with post-concussion syndrome. While Kariya no longer scores 50 goals and puts up 100 points, his skill-set still translated to the scoresheet. At 36-years-old he may choose to retire; hockey tends to be a young man’s sport nowadays. Something tells me this hit has a bit to do with the decision, which is really a shame.
