Alexandre Giroux has been recalled from the Capitals AHL affiliate the Hershey Bears. Tyler Sloan was not at practice today, so this may be why Giroux was called up. Giroux is practicing on the first line with Ovie and Backstrom so he may be worth picking up in fantasy if your league has lineup changes daily. He may not stick that long with the Caps so I do not advise picking him up in leagues that set line-ups weekly.
