Hall's return date is still uncertain but his presence at practice on Friday is a very encouraging sign for a Blackhawks team that has been outscored 23-8 in their last five games (1-4-0). Hall had two points (0G / 2A) in five games before being placed on the injured reserve on October 23rd.

He will return to his regular role alongside Connor Bedard on Chicago's top line and power play unit.

Hall was caught by a blindside hit from Brandon Carlo during Wednesday's loss in Boston. Hall picked up an assist on Connor Bedard's first goal of the season before leaving the game.
