Sheldon Souray News

Anaheim Ducks defenceman Sheldon Souray will be out four to six months after undergoing surgery to repair a torn ligament in his right wrist, the club announced Tuesday.

Souray was injured while working out off the ice on July 17, the team says. He had surgery July 25 in Los Angeles, likely keeping him out at least until December.

Stars defenseman Sheldon Souray missed his third straight game with a lower body injury Wednesday night. Both players are out for Friday’s game against Chicago, according to Gulutzan.

Don't expect Souray to play on Friday as he will miss his fourth game in a row. Through 55 games, the offensive defenseman has six goals and 20 points.
