Havlat missed Tuesday’s game with an illness, but he will be back in the lineup tonight in Boston. He is out of the lineup as frequently as he is in it, so he is a difficult player to trust in fantasy circles.

Havlat (face) has been placed on injured reserve.

Havlat, who suffered severe face lacerations last week is reportedly dealing with other issues not related to his face and that is the reason he has been place on IR. There is no timetable for his return and the Devils recalled Reid Boucher to round-out the 23-man roster.

Havlat missed Saturday's game after suffering substantial cuts to his face in Thursday's game. He took part in warmups on Saturday but was scratched. His presence on the ice this morning suggests that he and his full face shield will be in the lineup on Tuesday vs. the Rangers.
