Brent Burns will return after suspension tonight

Burns will be suspended for two games, expect Marek Zidlicky to take is place in the lineup.

Last night, Minnesota Wild defenseman Brent Burns butt-ended Florida Panthers forward Steve Bernier after the final buzzer.  Although apologetic the 25-year-old defenseman could face a suspension regarding the hit and Bernier could have a broken cheekbone from the incident.

This news comes as a bit of bad luck as Burns struggled with injuries and inconsistency over the years but now has nine points through his first 15 games.  His five goals are tied for the League lead in goals for a defenseman.
