The Stars have won three games in a row heading into Saturday, and six of their last nine contests overall.

The Islanders have the slight edge at 3-2 in their five all-time meetings with the Golden Knights, with New York topping Vegas 3-2 as -125 home favorites at sportsbooks in the first meeting of the season between the teams on December 5. That was an UNDER result on the betting totals, with the OVER/UNDER going 1-3-1 in their five matchups. The Golden Knights are coming off a 6-5 win over the Blues on Thursday to put an end to a two-game losing skid.
