Blue Jackets at Flyers | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Flyers -140 Favorites

The Blue Jackets will try to avoid their longest losing streak of the season on Tuesday when they visit the Flyers in a home-and-home series. Columbus has lost five straight games for the second time this year, with two of them decided in overtime and another in a shootout. Philadelphia has lost two of three after winning four of five, with the OVER on a 3-0 run.

Maple Leafs at Penguins | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Penguins -131 Favorites

The Maple Leafs wrap up a three-game road trip when they visit the Penguins. Toronto has split the first two games, beating the Ottawa Senators 4-2 as a -170 road favorite on Saturday before falling to the Buffalo Sabres 5-2 as -145 chalk on Sunday, with the UNDER on a 4-1 run. Pittsburgh will also finish up a four-game homestand in this spot, winning the last two by a combined score of 9-2 after losing the opener, with the UNDER on a 4-0-1 run as well.

Canadiens at Red Wings | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Canadiens -182 Favorites

The Canadiens will look to end a four-game skid against the Red Wings, and they are solid road favorites to do just that. Montreal has lost two of the games at home by one goal apiece and the other two on the road by three each, with the UNDER also on a 5-1 run. Detroit has won the past three meetings in this series, and all of them have taken place this season. But the Red Wings have lost four in a row overall too, although all of them happened away from home, and the UNDER is on a 5-0-1 run.

Sabres at Senators | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Sabres -110 Favorites

The Sabres will attempt to extend their winning streak to four games when they visit the Senators. Buffalo has won its last three games at home, with two of them decided by one goal. Ottawa has won the past two meetings in this series, including a 5-2 rout at KeyBank Center on January 28 as a +170 road underdog. The Senators have also won two of the first three games of their six-game homestand as underdogs, with the UNDER on a 3-1 run.

Hurricanes at Predators | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Predators -120 Favorites

The Predators are also going for a four-game winning streak when they host the Hurricanes. Nashville has topped the St. Louis Blues twice in its last three games by one goal each time after blanking the New York Islanders 5-0 as a -140 home favorite last Thursday. Meanwhile, Carolina has dropped two of its last three games after winning three of four and five of seven.

Devils at Blues | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Blues -220 Favorites

The Blues are riding a season-high five-game winning streak into this matchup with the Devils. St. Louis has seen each of its last four losses decided by only one goal, with the past two coming versus Nashville in a home-and-home series. New Jersey is playing some of its best hockey heading into this one, winning two of its last three games and four of six despite closing as an underdog four times during that stretch, with the OVER on a 3-1 run.

Kings at Jets | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Jets -160 Favorites

The Kings will be without one of their top scorers after trading away winger Tyler Toffoli (18 goals and 16 assists) as they visit the Jets. Toffoli was dealt to the Vancouver Canucks on Monday and was coming off a hat trick against the Colorado Avalanche in a 3-1 upset victory for Los Angeles as a +235 underdog outdoors at the Air Force Academy in the Stadium Series on Saturday night. Winnipeg ended a two-game losing streak on Sunday with a 3-2 win over the Chicago Blackhawks as a -145 home favorite, with the UNDER continuing on a 3-0 run.
