Rangers at Blackhawks | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Blackhawks -121 Favorites

Artemi Panarin returns to the United Center for the first time as a Ranger when New York visits Chicago on Wednesday. Panarin spent the first two years of his career with the Blackhawks before he was dealt to the Columbus Blue Jackets for two seasons and then ultimately signed as a free agent with the Rangers, where he is on pace to post career-best numbers across the board while leading them to four wins in the last five games. The UNDER is also on a 5-1 run for New York. Meanwhile, the Blackhawks have lost six of seven to fall out of playoff contention and may be selling off several players prior to Monday’s trade deadline.

Bruins at Oilers | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Bruins -160 Favorites

The Oilers begin a two-game homestand against the Bruins after winning four of their last five games. However, Edmonton is still without winger Zack Kassian (14 goals and 16 assists) due to a seven-game suspension for kicking an opponent with his skate, and the team also just lost defenseman Oscar Klefbom (5 goals and 28 assists) to a shoulder injury for two-to-three weeks. Boston has won three games in a row and nine of 10, with the UNDER on a 4-0 run. The Bruins opened a four-game road trip Sunday with a 3-1 victory against the Rangers as -155 favorites to stay ahead of the Tampa Bay Lightning, who have won 11 straight.

Coyotes at Stars | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Stars -161 Favorites

The Stars will try to keep pace with the Central Division-leading St. Louis Blues when they host the Coyotes. Dallas was tied with St. Louis atop the Central before the latter ended a five-game skid on Tuesday with a 3-0 win over the New Jersey Devils. The Stars saw their four-game winning streak halted by the Ottawa Senators in a 4-3 overtime loss on Sunday as -165 road favorites. Arizona has won two games in a row after losing four of five, with the UNDER on a 5-0 run, as the team continues to battle for playoff positioning in the Pacific.

Panthers at Ducks | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Panthers -126 Favorites

The Panthers will attempt to win consecutive games for the first time since completing a six-game winning streak on January 21 when they visit the Ducks. Florida has lost seven of its last 10 games but picked up a 5-3 victory against the San Jose Sharks on Monday as a -150 road favorite to kick off a five-game West Coast road trip. Anaheim has lost two of its last three games and four of six, with the OVER on a 3-0 run. The past two losses for the Ducks both came against the Calgary Flames, who beat them by a combined score of 12-4.

Islanders at Avalanche | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Avalanche -164 Favorites

The Islanders hope to break a three-game losing streak in the finale of a four-game road trip when they visit the Avalanche. New York has been outscored 8-1 in the first three games of the trip, with the UNDER cashing each time. Colorado has lost three in a row as well, with two of those games decided by one goal. The Avalanche also lost winger Mikko Rantanen to an upper-body injury Monday in a 4-3 overtime loss to the Lightning as +100 home underdogs.

Wild at Canucks | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Canucks -139 Favorites

The Canucks play their first game with newly acquired winger Tyler Toffoli when they host the Wild. Toffoli (18 goals and 16 assists) was brought in to help Vancouver overcome the loss of Brock Boeser, who will miss the next eight weeks due to a upper-body injury. The Canucks are hoping to stay in the playoff race after dropping five of their last seven games, with the OVER on a 3-1 run. Minnesota was blanked 2-0 by the San Jose Sharks as a -220 home favorite on Saturday in its first game after firing head coach Bruce Boudreau a day earlier.
