Blues at Rangers | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Blues -140 Favorites

The Blues will be looking to extend their winning streak to eight games when they visit the Rangers on Tuesday. St. Louis is also trying to stay ahead of the surging Colorado Avalanche, who have also won seven in a row to pull within a point of the lead in the Central Division. New York was on a roll too but has lost two straight to the Philadelphia Flyers following a five-game winning streak, with the OVER on a 4-0 run and cashing in six of its last seven.

Senators at Penguins | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Penguins -290 Favorites

The Penguins hope to end a season-high six-game losing streak when they host the lowly Senators. Pittsburgh suffered five of the six losses on the road, getting outscored 10-3 in the last three to the worst three teams in the Western Conference (San Jose Sharks, Anaheim Ducks and Los Angeles Kings), with the UNDER on a 3-0 run. Meanwhile, Ottawa has won consecutive games for the sixth time this season but has put together a three-game winning streak only once. The Sens have also dropped six of the last eight meetings with the Pens.

Canadiens at Islanders | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Islanders -139 Favorites

The Islanders will try to end a three-game losing streak when they host the Canadiens. New York has been outscored 11-5 during its skid, including 7-2 in the last two games combined with the UNDER cashing in both. Montreal won for the first time in three games on Saturday, topping the Carolina Hurricanes 4-3 in overtime as a -115 home favorite, with the OVER cashing for the third straight time overall. The Hurricanes had also dropped seven of nine.

Bruins at Lightning | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Lightning -127 Favorites

The biggest game of the day is an Atlantic Division showdown in Tampa Bay as the Lightning host the Bruins. Tampa Bay has won nine of the past 10 meetings in this series with Boston, including the first two this season. These teams will square off again on Saturday, and the Bruins currently sit atop the Atlantic with seven more points than the second-place Lightning.

Predators at Wild | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Wild -115 Favorites

The Predators will be playing on back-to-back nights with their playoff hopes on life support when they visit the Wild. Nashville is coming off a disappointing 8-3 loss to the Edmonton Oilers on Monday as a -145 home favorite, getting outscored 5-0 in the third period. The Predators have lost three of the last four times when playing the second game of a back-to-back situation, along with nine of 12. This is a huge game for Minnesota as well, sitting only one point behind its opponent for the last Wild Card spot in the West. The Wild have won three of four, with the OVER on a 3-1 run too.

Oilers at Stars | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Stars -169 Favorites

Like Nashville, Edmonton will also be playing on back-to-back nights when the team visits Dallas in another key matchup. The Oilers pulled within two points of the Vegas Golden Knights for the lead in the Pacific Division after routing the Predators 8-3 on Monday as +125 road underdogs. But Edmonton has won five of six when playing the second game of a back-to-back situation. Dallas has lost two in a row by identical 4-3 scores after winning three of four and seven of nine, falling further behind two red-hot teams in St. Louis and Colorado.

Devils at Golden Knights | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Golden Knights -250 Favorites

The Golden Knights will attempt to get back on track against the Devils at home after seeing their eight-game winning streak end with a surprising 4-1 loss to the Los Angeles Kings as massive -350 favorites on Sunday night. Vegas surrendered four goals for just the second time in its last eight games and faces another potential spoiler team here in New Jersey. The Devils have played the Golden Knights tough in five all-time meetings, losing three one-goal games and winning the other two by a combined score of 13-7 in a pair of OVER affairs.

Maple Leafs at Sharks | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Maple Leafs -146 Favorites

The Leafs begin their last West Coast road trip with a visit to the Sharks. Toronto is riding a three-game winning streak into San Jose, beating Tampa Bay and the Florida Panthers on the road during this positive stretch to improve to 18-14-1 away from home, with the OVER also on a 3-1 run. However, San Jose has won two games in a row as well following a five-game losing streak, with the UNDER on a 5-0-1 run in its last six overall.
