Flyers at Capitals | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Capitals -155 Favorites

A huge Metropolitan Division matchup will take place on Wednesday when the Capitals host the streaking Flyers, who have won six straight games to climb into second place. Washington is still holding onto the division lead despite going 4-5-1 in its last 10 games but has lost the past two meetings with Philadelphia in 2020 following a five-game series skid. The Flyers have also seen the OVER go 7-0-2 in their previous nine games overall, including 4-0-2 during the winning streak.

Blue Jackets at Flames | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Flames -165 Favorites

The Blue Jackets hope to stay in playoff contention and so do the Flames when they meet in Calgary. Columbus currently sits in the second Wild Card spot in the Eastern Conference while Calgary is third in the Western Conference’s Pacific Division. The Blue Jackets have split their last four games after riding a season-high eight-game losing streak, with the OVER on a 7-1 run. Meanwhile, the Flames are coming off a 3-0 win over the Florida Panthers in a pick’em matchup on Sunday to snap a two-game losing streak, with the UNDER cashing for the first time since February 6. The OVER had gone 10-0-1 in their previous 11 games.

Ducks at Avalanche | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Avalanche -320 Favorites

The Avalanche will look to keep pace with the Central Division-leading St. Louis Blues when they host the Ducks. Colorado brings a seven-game winning streak into this one, but St. Louis has won eight in a row to stay three points ahead in the race for first place. The UNDER is on a 7-0 run for the Avalanche as well. Anaheim will be playing on back-to-back nights after falling 6-2 to the Chicago Blackhawks as a +160 road underdog on Tuesday. The Ducks have lost eight of the last 10 times they have played the second game of a back-to-back situation.

Coyotes at Canucks | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Canucks -120 Favorites

The Canucks will try to break a three-game losing streak when they host the Coyotes in a key Pacific Division showdown. Vancouver has fallen into the first Wild Card spot in the Western Conference due to the skid, blowing a 3-1 lead to the Columbus Blue Jackets on Sunday in a 5-3 loss as a +120 road underdog. Arizona is two points behind its opponent in the standings but coming off a 5-2 victory against the Buffalo Sabres on Saturday as a -190 home favorite after losing three of four. The Coyotes have won four of the past five meetings in this series.
