The league-leading Lightning have won four games in a row heading into the week, capped off by a 6-3 victory over the Capitals as -180 home favorites on Saturday night in the team’s third straight OVER result. The Coyotes saw a two-game winning streak come to an end on Saturday night with a 3-2 loss to the Oilers as -140 home favorites. Arizona tagged Tampa Bay with a rare lopsided loss on October 27, winning 7-1 as a small -105 home underdog.

Opening NHL Odds: Blackhawks -180 Favorites

After a stretch of four losses in five games the Blackhawks have now won five games in a row, including a 2-0 shutout victory at Montreal as +135 underdogs on Saturday night. Chicago had lost five straight games against Vancouver until beating them 4-3 as -140 home favorites on February 7. The OVER is 8-0 in the last eight games between the two teams.

Opening NHL Odds: Jets -155 Favorites

Winnipeg has bounced back from a two-game losing streak to win two straight games over Boston and Calgary, knocking off the Flames 2-1 as -130 home favorites on Saturday in just the team’s second UNDER result in their past eight outings. The Kings have lost two straight games and 15 of their last 17 contests, falling to the Panthers 4-3 as +140 dogs on Saturday.

Opening NHL Odds: Sharks -155 Favorites 

The Sharks will be looking to get back into the win column on Monday night, coming off losses to the Panthers and the Predators in their last two outings. San Jose has seen the UNDER go 4-1 in their past five games overall, and in three of their last five games against the Golden Knights. The Sharks topped the Golden Knights 3-2 as +105 road underdogs on January 10, after falling to them 6-0 in a pick’em contest in their meeting on November 24.
