Ducks at Devils | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Devils -120 Favorites

The Ducks will be playing the second game of a back-to-back situation when they visit the Devils. Anaheim is coming off a 4-1 setback at Philadelphia on Wednesday as a +115 underdog to open a four-game road trip, and the team has now alternated losses and wins in its last five with the UNDER on a 5-1 run. The Ducks have lost three straight times when playing the second game of a back-to-back. New Jersey ended a season-high seven-game skid with a 2-1 victory at Arizona on Saturday as a +185 underdog to close out a four-game trip, and then proceeded to trade winger Taylor Hall to the Coyotes. The UNDER is also on a 4-1 run for the Devils, who have scored more than two goals only once during that stretch.

Avalanche at Blackhawks | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Avalanche -138 Favorites

The Avalanche will try to bounce back from a 5-2 loss to the St. Louis Blues when they visit the Blackhawks to wrap up a short two-game road trip. Colorado had won eight of nine games before falling to the defending Stanley Cup champions on Monday as +100 road underdogs. Chicago lost the first two meetings this season by a combined score of 12-5 in a home-and-home series to close out the month of November, with the OVER cashing in both games. The Blackhawks will then visit the Avalanche for the second time this year Saturday, and they have won just three games since last facing them.

Oilers at Blues | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Blues -163 Favorites

The Blues will go for their fourth consecutive victory when they host the Oilers. St. Louis is coming off a 5-2 rout of Colorado on Monday as a -120 home favorite, and this will close out a four-game homestand before the team hits the road for three. The OVER is on a 5-0 run for the Blues. Meanwhile, Edmonton continues to struggle offensively, scoring more than two goals in just two of its last seven games and losing five of them. The Oilers have seen the UNDER go 4-2 in their past six, and they have dropped the past three meetings in the series.
