To help you build the ideal one-day lineup here are my top centres, wingers, defensemen, goalies and value picks for the March 27th games.

CENTRES

TYLER SEGUIN – @ EDM ($8,900)

Seguin had a nice return to the lineup on March 7th, potting two goals, including that game, in nine contests since being back in the lineup Seguin has scored four goals with four assists. Over that same nine-game span, his opponent tonight, Edmonton, has given up a whopping 3.78 goals per game.

RYAN NUGENT-HOKINS – VS. DAL ($7,600)

My god RNH is having himself a month. Coming into March he has 38 points in 61 games(0.62 points per game)—this month he has registered 16 points (7G / 9A) in 11 games (1.46 points per game). He is red-hot so he is tough to avoid tonight in what should be a high-scoring affair.

JONATHAN TOEWS – VS. CBJ ($7,100)

With a limited amount of games today, it is hard to shy away from the big names. Toews is obviously one of the biggest names out there and he draws a matchup that he has typically taken advantage of. In 36 career games against the Blue Jackets, Toews has collected 36 points (15G / 21A). He is also clicking at a point-per-game pace in March, posting 10 points (4G / 6A) in 10 games.

MARKO DANO – @ CHI ($4,500)

Dano, 20, was a first-round pick in 2013 and he has shown why in the last two weeks. In his last seven games, Dano has scored three goals and added five assists (8 points). It is no an ideal matchup, but there are not a lot to choose from, so his red-hot line is worth taking a gamble on.

WINGERS

JAMIE BENN – @ EDM ($9,000)

With only three games, you’re likely to stack up on one and the Stars vs. Oilers will likely be the one. Benn has four goals and five assists (9 points) in his last seven games, not to mention 26 shots as well.

JORDAN EBERLE – VS. DAL ($8,100)

Eberle and RNH appear to be tied at the hip and that is a good thing on DK. Eberle, like RNH, is having a ridiculous month. Eberle has picked up 15 points (6G / 9A) in 11 games this month.

THOMAS VANEK – VS. CGY ($5,500)

After a brutal start to the season, Vanek has turned things around. I don’t really like Calgary because of Devan Dubnyk, so I will look to the Wild vs. Karri Ramo. Vanek comes into play with six goals and four assists (10 points) in his last nine games.

BENOIT POULIOT – VS. DAL ($4,800)

Playing on that Oilers top-line with RNH and Eberle has really helped Pouliot’s fantasy value. Over the last seven games, he has three goals and five assists and comes in with a salary under $5,000.

KRIS VERSTEEG – vs. CBJ ($3,700)

Versteeg has just one assist and nine shot on goal in his last six games, but he will be bumped to the Blackahwks’ top-line with Toews and Marian Hossa, so he makes for a nice gamble at $3,700.

DEFENSEMEN

JOHN KLINGBERG – @ EDM ($3,900)

Alex Goligoski is the hottest of Stars D-men right now, but Klingberg is arguably the most talented offensively and comes in with a cheaper price tag. If I’m taking a Stars blue liner in what I think will be a high-scoring game, it is Klingberg.

MATT DUMBA – VS. CGY ($3,600)

Dumba is playing on the Wild’s top power-play unit and the dude has a cannon. He come in with one goal, one assist and 11 shots on goal in his last five games. There are better options out there, but not many with this kind of value.

NIKITA NIKITIN – VS. DAL ($3,200)

Yep, I’m just eating this matchup up! Nikitin has one assist and 11 shots on goal in four games since returning to the lineup. He has been playing well over 20 minutes a night and is anchoring the Oilers 2nd PP unit. He is a nice value option tonight.

GOALIES

COREY CRAWFORD – VS. CBJ ($9,100) – CONFIRMED

Crawford has gone 6-2-1 with a 1.88 GAA and .945 SV% in nine starts this month. Columbus is a team that Crawford is very familiar with from their time in the division. Crawford has gone 10-2-1 with a 1.82 GAA and .925 SV% in 13 career starts against the Blue Jackets.

DEVAN DUBNYK – VS. CGY ($8,700) CONFIRMED

Dubnyk has won three straight starts and has gone 9-3-0 with a 1.82 GAA and .941 SV% in March. He has been insanely good with Minnesota. He draws a fairly good matchup against a Flames team who have lost four of their last six games.

KARI LEHTONEN – @ EDM ($8,500) CONFIRMED

I know I have said that this should be a high-scoring affair, but Lehtonen comes in at 8-1-0 with a 2.07 GAA and .924 SV% in his last 10 starts. He has also be fantastic on the road—setting a new franchise record by winning nine in a row on the road.
