Below I’ve listed my top DFS line stacks, defensemen and goalies as well as a few sample DraftKings lineup for tonight

Centres

Ryan Getzlaf – vs. VAN – $6,800

Getzlaf added two assists and 5.5 DraftKings points in the Ducks 8-3 blowout of the Flames on Wednesday. In his last seven contests, Getzlaf has one goal, seven assists and 4.6 Fantasy Points Per Game (FPPG). In 15 fewer games, Getzlaf has nearly matched his pre-All-Star point production—posting 30 points (9G / 21A) in 28 games since the break. With David Perron and now Rickard Rakell sidelined, Getzlaf will play with Corey Perry ($6,600) and Jamie McGinn ($4,500), a line that will make a great stack versus the lowly Canucks.

Alex Steen – vs. BOS – $6,100

Steen had a great return to the Blues’ lineup on Tuesday, collecting two assists, two shots and 5.5 DraftKings points. Steen has picked up 49 points (17G / 32A) in 62 games on the year and tonight the Blues will host a Bruins team that has lost six of their last seven while giving up an average of 3.00 goals per game. Pairing him with a linemate like David Backes ($5,100), is a relatively inexpensive stack—Backes has three goals, one assist and 3.2 FPPG in his last six.

Erik Haula – @ DET – $4,200

Haula picked up a goal and 5.5 FP in last night’s loss against the Senators. The goal extended his point streak to 10 games—registering five goals and six assists (11 points) over that span. Haula is red-hot right now and offers tremendous value at $4,200. The Red Wings offer a strong matchup, having lost five of their last nine while giving up 3.44 goals per game. He could be paired with Jason Pominville ($4,700), who has three assists and 2.9 FPPG in four games since returning to the lineup on March 24th.

Wingers

Corey Perry – vs. VAN – $6,600

Perry had one of the eight goals scored on Tuesday and now has a five-game point streak, recording three goals, two assists and 4.3 FPPG during it. Perry has just one goal in four games against the Canucks this season, but the line of McGinn-Getzlaf-Perry makes for a strong stack on a medium-sized slate.

Andrew Ladd – @ WPG – $5,200

Ladd has four goals, one assist and 3.9 FPPG in his last six games and tonight he makes his return to Winnipeg. It should be an emotional return for the former captain, who has picked up nine points (6G / 3A) in 14 games since the trade. Winnipeg has lost six of their last eight while giving up an average of 2.50 goals per game. He is a strong option on a line with Jonathan Toews ($5,900) and Tomas Fleischmann ($3,300) offers great value as he fills in for Marian Hossa on the top line.

Jamie McGinn – vs. VAN – $4,500

McGinn picked up yet another two points (7.5 FP) in Tuesday’s win and he’ll be back on a line with Getzlaf and Perry tonight. He has an absurd six goals, three assists and 4.5 FPPG in his last eight games. He has been excellent pickup by the Ducks and his $4,500 salary makes him a fantastic value play against a Canucks team giving up 3.10 goals per game over their last 10.

Defensemen

Brent Seabrook – @ WPG – $5,800

Seabrook missed Tuesday’s game in Minnesota, but will return tonight in Winnipeg. He has no points in his last nine games, but will be leaned on heavily tonight with Duncan Keith suspended. The Jets and Ondrej Pavelec offer a strong matchup and Seabrook’s opportunity with Keith out makes him a strong play.

John Carlson – @ COL – $5,700

Carlson is making his second appearance on the cheat sheet this week. Despite being held off of the scoresheet on Wednesday, Carlson still registered 4.5 FP and is averaging 4.1 FPPG in four games since returning to the Capitals lineup. He shoots and blocks enough shots to stay relevant if he doesn’t score and he scored in his first game vs. Colorado.

Shea Theodore – vs. VAN – $3,800

The Ducks blueline will be without Hampus Lindholm, Kevin Bieksa and Simon Despres tonight, which means Theodore will log monster minutes at even strength and will also see power-play time. He isn’t shooting nearly as much as he was earlier in the season, but scored on Tuesday and is averaging 20:37 TOI in three games since returning to Anaheim.

Goalies

Braden Holtby – @ COL – $8,700

Holtby had 5.6 FP despite losing in a shootout on Wednesday. Holtby went 7-2-2 with a 1.91 GAA and .928 SV% in March and has been great on the road all season long. Tonight he faces an Avalanche team that has lost three of their last four contests.

Brian Elliott – vs. BOS – $8,600

Elliott finally allowed a goal on Tuesday after posting three straight shutouts. Since returning to the crease on March 19th, Elliott is 4-0-0 while averaging 8.8 FPPG. He has been excellent since returning and tonight he faces a Bruins team that has lost five of their last six while averaging just 1.67 goals per game.

John Gibson – vs. VAN – $8,000

Wednesday’s game was strange. Gibson was pulled, for rest, despite having a shutout going. He ended up returning to the crease after Frederik Andersen suffered a concussion. Tonight he takes on a Canucks team that has lost nine of their last 10 games, so Gibson makes for a strong start, unless he is pulled midway through…again.
