Below I’ve listed my top DFS plays at each position as well as my ideal DraftKings lineup for tonight.

Centres

Sidney Crosby – vs. MTL – $7,700
Ouch. Crosby is coming off of a game where he was a minus-4 in a loss in Calgary. Overall on the road trip he had one goal, one assist and a minus-6 rating in four games. Now the Penguins return home to take on the Carey Price-less Canadiens. Mike Condon has played very well for the Habs, but he has never faced an offence quite like the Penguins. They’re struggling to score, but Crosby gets his pal Pascal Dupuis back on his wing tonight ad he is looking for forget about Saturday.

Ryan Getzlaf – vs. EDM – $6,600
Since returning to the lineup Getzlaf has four assists in three games, but he is still looking for his first goal of the season. Tonight the Oilers are in town, Edmonton has given up the fourth most goals in the NHL this season. The Ducks appear to be turning a corner so tonight looks like a good night for Getzlaf to notch his first of the season.

David Desharnais – @ PIT – $4,100
Despite playing on the Canadiens’ “third line” Desharnais has produced well recently. He is playing nearly 15 minutes per night and he has registered three goals and four assists in his last five games. He is a good value option on a night where there are only two games.

Value Option: Leon Draisaitl – @ ANA – $3,200

Wingers

Phil Kessel – vs. MTL – $7,300
Kessel appears to be finding his way with the Penguins, having scored a goal in two straight and four goals and three assists in his last seven. He has been one of the NHL’s best goal scorers over the years so there is no reason why you should think he can’t score for a third straight contest.

Corey Perry – vs. EDM – $6,700
There are limited lines to stack with only two games tonight and the Ducks’ top line is my favourite one this evening. The matchup is great and Perry comes in with two goals and three assists in his last four games.

Taylor Hall – @ ANA – $6,700
You have to think that the Ducks vs. Oilers game will be higher scoring than the Penguins vs. Canadiens game. Hall has four goals and eight assists (12 points) in his last eight games. Hall has shown great chemistry with Leon Draisaitl and Jordan Eberle is back on that line as well, making them dangerous every time they step on the ice.

Value Option: Beau Bennett – vs. MTL – $2,600

Defensemen

P.K Subban – @ PIT – $6,100
Subban is the most expensive and best blueline option available tonight. He has nearly a point-per-game this season, recording 14 points (1G / 13A) in 16 games. He is as dangerous as they come on the backend.

Sami Vatanen – vs. EDM – $5,200
Vatanen is coming off of a two-point effort on Monday and is the best blueline option in Anaheim. In what could be a high-scoring affair, Vatanen is a good option.

Andrei Markov – @ PIT – $5,100
Markov has the exact same amount of points as Subban and comes $1,000 cheaper. Markov comes in with 28 points (7G / 21A) in 36 career games against the Penguins.

Value Option: Darnell Nurse – @ ANA – $3,100

Goalies

Marc-Andre Fleury – vs. MTL – $7,700
Fleury has been great this season going 7-5-0 with a 1.93 GAA and .933 SV%. Condon has been equally as great for Montreal, but you have to like the home team tonight.

Frederik Andersen – vs. EDM – $6,900
Andersen will go head-to-head with Anders Nilsson tonight and you have to like Andersen in this one. Andersen has been one of the lone bright spots for the Ducks, posting a 2.19 GAA and .929 SV% in 12 games this season.
