Below I’ve listed my top DFS plays at each position as well as my ideal DraftKings lineup for tonight.

CENTRES

TYLER SEGUIN – vs. VAN – $9,000

The Seguin-Benn connection continues to run through the NHL. Seguin has a six-game point streak going, posting three goals and five assists (eight points) over that span. He is expensive, but his 5.7 fantasy points per game, is over one point higher than the second best available centre.

SIDNEY CROSBY – @ CBJ – $7,500

Crosby is coming off of his best game of the season, posting two goals on nine shots on Wednesday vs. the Blues. The first quarter on the season has been a struggle for Crosby, but he is currently riding a three-game point streak, having recorded three goals and one assist in his last three.

PAVEL DATSYUK – vs. EDM – $5,400

Datsyuk was held off of the scoresheet in his first three games back from injury, but has two goals, one assist and 14 shots on goal in his last four games. The line of Datsyuk-Richards-Pulkkinen appears to be clicking and offers a cheap stack with a quality matchup.

Value Options: Leon Draisaitl – @ DET – $4,100 / Sam Bennett – @ ARI – $3,600 / Dustin Jeffrey – vs. CGY – $2,500

WINGERS

JAMIE BENN – vs. VAN – $8,400

The extremely high salary makes it difficult to stack Benn and Seguin, but if you can find a way to work them both into your lineup, you can expect a heavy dose of points. Like Seguin, Benn leads all wingers in fantasy points per game, with 5.5. The Canucks are giving up 3.20 goals per game in their last 10, so the matchup is a good one.

PATRIC HORNQVIST – @ CBJ – $5,800

Malkin-Kessel is probably a better stack, but it is significantly more expensive than Crosby-Hornqvist, who are playing well too. Hornqvist has just eight points this season, but two goals, two assists and 23 shots in his last seven games.

MIKE CAMMALLERI – vs. MTL – $5,200

The Devils are scoring slightly more than people were expecting and Cammalleri is having a great year. He has 22 points in 21 games this season and comes in with two goals and six assists (eight points) in his last five games. He faces his former team with their backup goalie in, should make for a good night.

Value Options: Anthony Duclair — vs. CGY – $4,100 / Jannik Hansen – @ DAL – $3,500 /  Teemu Pulkkinen – vs. EDM – $3,100

DEFENSEMEN

JUSTIN FAULK – @ BUF – $5,900

Faulk has been the Hurricanes best player by a mile this season. The 23-year-old blueliner has 18 points on the season and comes into play with three goals, six assists and 22 shots during his seven-game point streak. You’ll be hard pressed to find a better D-option tonight.

JOHN KLINGBERG – vs. VAN – $5,900

Klingberg has been phenomenal in his own right. The young D-man has 24 points in 22 games and has two goals and nine assists (11 points) in his last eight games. He is second to Faulk in FPPG among available D-men.

AARON EKBLAD – vs. FLA – $4,900

After a slow start, Ekblad is starting to come around. He has three goals and three assists in his last seven games and is coming off of an eight-shot performance on Wednesday. He has a high-floor because of his shot volume, making him a safe pick at $4,900.

Value Options: Niklas Kronwall – vs. EDM – $3,800 / Jason Demers – vs. VAN – $3,600

GOALIES

JAROSLAV HALAK – @ FLA – $7,400

Halak is coming off of an easy win over the Flyers on Wednesday and has posted a solid 2.24 GAA and .911 SV% in the month of November. With no elite options during the primetime slate, Halak draws a solid matchup and comes with a reasonable price.

JIMMY HOWARD – vs. EDM – $7,100

The only number you need to know is: Howard has a person 12-game winning streak over the Oilers. Howard’s .875 SV% over the last three games isn’t ideal, but the matchup is worth targeting. Edmonton has lost five of six while averaging 2.33 goals per game.

CAM WARD – @ BUF – $6,400

Ward has won two in a row and had a great game vs. the Oilers on Wednesday. He has a strong 2.14 GAA and .915 SV% on the road this season and the matchup with Chad Johnson and the Sabres offers some promise.
