Nightly Scrap: In playoff rematch, Red Wings win again

The Detroit Red Wings and Henrik Zetterberg defeated the Phoenix Coyotes in overtime, handing them their third straight loss.  Dan Cleary— scoring in his third straight game and assisted by the recently returned Brian Rafalski– and Martin Hanzal traded first period goals before Keith Yandle got the Coyotes the lead in the second.

Stalwart defenseman Nicklas Lidstrom would tie the game in the third period before Zetterberg put the game away.  Jimmy Howard kept 29 pucks out of the net to earn his seventh win of the year while his counterpart Ilya Bryzgalov fell to 4-2-5 despite making 37 saves.

Just like in the playoffs, the Red Wings proved to be the better team.
