Patrick Sharp returns to the lineup tonight

UPDATE #2: According to Jesse Rogers of ESPN Chicago, Sharp will return to the lineup tonight.

UPDATE: According to Chris Kuc of the Chicago Tribune, Sharp has been skating with the team during practice.

The Chicago Blackhawks have called-up rookie 19-year-old center Brandon Pirri for their contest with the Detroit Red Wings.  Reported originally by Tab Bamford of Chicago Now, we have no word on the severity of Sharp’s injury but it must be serious if he has to miss the home opener.
