Postponed Hurricanes @ Sabres game has been rescheduled

The Hurricanes and Sabres game that was postponed on Tuesday has been rescheduled for Tuesday, February 25th at 7:00 p.m EST.

This game shortens the Olympic break by one day. The Gold Medal game is set to be played on Sunday, February 23rd, so if any players from the Sabres or Hurricanes who are representing their countries (7 total) make the Gold Medal game, that could potentially pose some issues, mainly fatigue.

Here are the players that are participating in the Olympics.

Sabres:

Jhonas Enroth (Sweden)

Zemgus Girgensons (Latvia)

Ryan Miller (USA)

Henrik Tallinder (Sweden)

Hurricanes:

Justin Faulk (USA)

Tuomo Ruutu (Finland)

Andrej Sekera (Slovakia)
