Bruins

David Krejci hopeful to play tonight.

Sabres

Steve Montador injured his hip before a fight with Jared Boll on Saturday, he will test it during practice today.

Patrick Kaleta not at morning skate, will miss tonight with a bruised foot.


Flames

Nigel Dawes rejoined the team yesterday for practice.

Rene Bourque will not return to the lineup before the Olympic break with a shoulder injury.  Jamie Lundmark takes his place with Curtis Glencross and Mikael Backlund.


Hurricanes

Zach Boychuk returns to Albany meaning Tuomo Ruutu will return to the lineup.

Blackhawks

Ben Eager will miss tonight’s game with a lower-body injury.

Stars

Mark Fistric and Steve Ott will miss the next three games and hope to return after the Olympics.

Mike Ribeiro returned from the IR following an emergency tracheotomy.

The team signed prospect Ondrej Roman to an ELC.


Red Wings

Johan Franzen will return to the lineup tonight.

Niklas Kronwall will likely not play.  Tomas Holmstrom will be a gametime decision.

Ole-Kristian Tollefsen cleared waivers and the team re-assigned him to Grand Rapids.


Panthers

Victor Oreskovich recalled from Rochester.  Nick Tarnasky will be a healthy scratch.

Predators

Marcel Goc returns to the lineup after sitting out Saturday’s game with an upper-body injury.

Colin Wilson and Nolan Yonkman called up  from Milwaukee.

Alexander Sulzer placed on IR.


Islanders

Doug Weight will be a healthy scratch tonight.

Senators

Erik Karlsson and Nick Foligno remain out.

Blues

No morning skate, so no lineup updates will be announced before gametime.

Lightning

Mark Parrish should be signed soon.

Canucks

Pavol Demitra left the team for personal reasons. Ryan Johnson and Nolan Baumgartner also will miss tonight’s game.  Steve Bernier, Brad Lukowich and Jannik Hansen will take their places.
