Drew LeBlanc News

Hobey Baker winner Drew LeBlanc will play in his first NHL game tonight.

LeBlanc will replace Dave Bolland in the Blackhawks lineup. He had 13 goals and 37 assists (50 points) in 42 games at St. Cloud State this season. LeBlanc has great hands and is an excellent passer so he should have no problem setting up Patrick Kane and Patrick Sharp; who he will make his NHL debut with tonight... Not too shabby.

Blackhawks signed St. Cloud State center Drew LeBlanc on Friday, the same night he won the Hobey Baker Award as college hockey's top player,

LeBlanc won't be in the lineup Sunday against the Blues, but Quenneville said he might see some action in the Hawks' final seven games.
