Laurent Dauphin is day-to-day with an undisclosed injury and will miss Friday vs. Colorado.

Dauphin does not have a point, has 17 SOG, six PIMs and a -4 plus/minus through 16 games this season but will miss Friday's game vs. Colorado due to an undisclosed injury. The 27-year-old is considered day-to-day while he mends the injury.

Dauphin will draw into the Canadiens lineup on Thursday.

Dauphin has been scratched for the last three games but will draw back into the Montreal lineup on Thursday. Dauphin will replace Tyler Toffoli, who was traded to the Calgary Flames. Dauphin has scored two goals with four assists (six points) in 16 games with the Canadiens.

The Coyotes have acquired Laurent Dauphin and Richard Panik from the Blackhawks for Anthony Duclair and Adam Clendening.

Dauphin spent the first two seasons of his professional career in Arizona but spent the first three months of this season in the Blackhawks organization. Dauphin had four goals and 10 assists (14 points) in 33 games with the IceHogs and will likely report to Tucson (AHL).
