New York Rangers President and General Manager Glen Sather announced today that the club has recalled forwards Carl Hagelin and John Mitchell from the Connecticut Whale of the American Hockey League (AHL).
Deveaux likely gets hit with a hefty fine and suspension after his high hit to the Panthers' forward. The journeyman posted 29 PIM in nine games but doesn't hold any real fantasy hockey value.

Deveaux moves up to the third line. He has one assist and 19 PIM through his fist eight games as a Ranger.
