Chytil (upper-body) is not expected to play Saturday in Boston.

Chytil suffered an upper-body injury against the Islanders on Thursday and is not expected to play Saturday in Boston. With both Chytil and Andrew Copp (lower-body) not likely to be available, look for two of Jonny Brodzinski, Greg McKegg and/or Julien Gauthier to draw into the lineup.

Chytil is day-to-day with a lower-body injury.

Chytil played just 4:08 TOI on Saturday before leaving the game with a lower-body injury and not returning. The rangers did not provide much of an update on Chytils' status but called him "day-to-day," which makes him questionable for Monday's game vs. the Kings.

Chytil (undisclosed) is questionable for Monday's game vs. Florida.

Chytil exited Saturday's game in Calgary after his first shift and did not return. Head coach Gerard Gallant did not have an update on Chytil's status post-game, so his availability for Monday's game remains in question. Julien Gauthier, who is currently the only reserve forward on the Rangers' roster, will likely replace Chytil if he can't play.

Chytil (upper-body) will be a game-time decision on Tuesday.

Chytil has been out since January 24th but skated on the third line in Monday's practice, suggesting that he'll be back Tuesday vs. Sabres. Chytil had a nice start to the season, scoring two goals with one assist in five games, so his return is crucial for the Rangers' bottom-6 to have success.

Chytil will miss 4-to-6 weeks with an upper-body injury.

Chytil was hurt on a blindside hit from Evan Rodrigues in Sunday's game in Pittsburgh and will miss at least one month with an upper-body injury. A one-month absence means that Chytil will miss at least the next 14 games and that Brett Howden should get increased usage starting on Tuesday.

Chytil has returned to New York to be re-evaluated; will not play on Tuesday.

Chytil was forced to leave Saturday's game in Pittsburgh after being hit by Evan Rodrigues. This is a tough break for Chytil, who has had a terrific start to the season, scoring two goals with one assist in his last four games. With Chytil out on Tuesday, Brett Howden will likely take on a larger role vs. the Sabres.
