Halak has been inconsistent in his last five starts, losing three of five while allowing a combined 16 goals on 169 shots (.905 SV%). He is already 1-1-0 with a 2.03 GAA and .944 SV% in two starts against Toronto this season.

Halak allowed three goals on 30 shots in the Bruins loss in Toronto last Monday. Tuukka Rask started the last two games but they’ll come back to Halak tonight. The 33-year-old finished November at 4-3-0 with a 2.53 GAA and .928 SV%. Tonight he faces a Panthers team that has lost seven of their last 10 games (3-5-2).

Halak will start Monday in Toronto.

Halak allowed one goal on 37 shots in the Bruins win over the Penguins on Friday. Halak has won two in a row while turning aside 68 of 70 shots (.971 SV%) and is now 4-2-0 with a 2.45 GAA and .931 SV% in November. In his first start against the Maple Leafs, Halak stopped 40 of 41 shots in a 5-1 win on November 11th.

Halak allowed just one goal on 33 shots in the Bruins win in Arizona last Saturday. Halak has won three of his last four starts, allowing just one goal in each of the wins. Halak will start the front-end of the Bruins back-to-back against a Penguins team that is tied for fourth in the NHL in goal-scoring (3.45 GF/pg).

Halak stopped 37 of 38 shots in the Bruins win over the Golden Knights on Sunday. Tuukka Rask returned to the team on Tuesday, but the Bruins will stick with Halak tonight in Colorado. The 33-year-old netminder has gone 2-1-2 with a 1.80 GAA, .944 SV% and one shutout on the road this season.

Halak stopped 39 of 40 shots in the Bruins 1-0 loss in Nashville on Saturday. Halak backed up earlier in the week, but will get back between the pipes tonight vs. Vancouver. Halak has been exceptional this season, posting a 1.45 GAA, .952 SV% and two shutouts in eight appearances. Make sure he’s in your lineup tonight.

Halak stopped all 26 shots that he faced in the Bruins 3-0 shutout win over the Flyers last Thursday. Halak has played extremely well this season, going 3-0-2 with a 1.43 GAA, .945 SV% and two shutouts in five starts and one relief appearance. He’ll be in tough against a Hurricanes team that is averaging the most shots per game (41.5) and 3.00 goals for per game through 11 games.

Halak has become the most trusted goalie in Boston early in the season, posting a 1.69 GAA, .939 SV% and one shutout in his first four appearances. He has a better matchup tonight than he did in his last two starts.

Halak stopped 25 of 26 shots in the Bruins win over the Oilers last Thursday. Halak has been great in a Bruins uniform, stopping 73 of 76 shots (.961 SV%) in his first three appearances. As good as he has been, Halak is a risky option against a Connor McDavid-led Oilers team in Edmonton.

It was an excellent first start for the veteran netminder, who will start again tonight with Tuukka Rask struggling a bit to start the season. The Oilers looked bad in their first game, but a Connor McDavid led team is always dangerous.

Halak was originally scheduled to start on Thursday, and Bruce Cassidy will stick with him despite both goalies playing on Wednesday.

The Bruins have signed Jaroslav Halak to a two-year deal worth $5.5M ($2.75M AAV).

Halak had another tough season with the Islanders in 2018, going 20-26-6 with a 3.19 GAA and .908 SV% in 54 games. A change of scenery should help the 33-year-old netminder, who will serve as Tuukka Rask’s backup in 2019. Halak heads to Boston with a career 2.50 GAA and .916 SV% in 449 NHL games.
