Ramo starts Sunday vs. the Oilers.

Ramo stopped 19 of 20 shots in the Flames win over the Jets on Tuesday. The win snapped a two-game losing skid for Ramo, who has gone 6-2-0 with a 2.23 GAA and .923 SV% in December. Tonight will be his second start of the season against the Oilers—he allowed four goals on 23 shots in a 5-4 win back in October.

Ramo allowed three goals on 22 shots in the Flames loss in St. Louis last night. It wasn’t a great outing but it also wasn’t a busy night, so Ramo will go again tonight in Detroit. The loss snapped a five-game winning streak and he now sits at 5-1-0 with a 2.29 GAA and .922 SV% in December.

Ramo turned aside 35 of 36 shots in the Flames win in Dallas on Thursday. Ramo has suddenly won five straight games while posting an impressive 2.14 GAA and .930 SV%. He has been red-hot but today he’ll face another quality opponent—St. Louis comes in having won three of four while outscoring their opponents 10-5.

Ramo stopped 21 of 22 shots in the Flames win in Nashville on Tuesday. The win moved him to 4-0-0 with a 2.42 GAA and .918 SV% in the month of December. Ramo has been playing really well as of late and tonight he takes on a Stars team that he beat 16 days ago. However, Ramo is just 3-6-1 with a 3.00 GAA and .901 SV% on the road

Ramo has been playing really well as of late and tonight he takes on a Stars team that he beat 16 days ago. However, Ramo is just 3-6-1 with a 3.00 GAA and .901 SV% on the road.

Ramo allowed two goals on 33 shots in the Flames win over the Sharks last Tuesday. Ramo lost a couple of starts to Jonas Hiller because of an illness, but is set to start tonight in Nashville. He comes in having won his last three starts with a 2.89 GAA and .910 SV%. The Predators come into play having lost six of their last nine contests.

Ramo was a late scratch from Thursday's game due to an undisclosed injury.

Ramo was slated to start Thursday's game against the Sabres, but when it was time to play, he remained in the Flames dressing room. Jonas Hiller got the start and there was no backup on the bench. Ramo was apparently available if needed, but never came out to the bench. Hiller was sick this week as well, so the belief is that Ramo was dealing with an illness.

Ramo allowed two goals on 33 shots in the Flames win over the Sharks on Tuesday. Ramo has won three straight games while posting a 2.89 GAA and .910 SV%. Ramo continues to give up goals but continues to do enough to win. Tonight he will try to make it four in a row and he will have a good chance with the Sabres in town. Buffalo hast lost three of their last four.

Ramo turned gave up four goals on 38 shots in the Flames 5-4 overtime win over the Bruins on Friday. Ramo has gone 4-1-1 with a 2.59 GAA and .899 SV% in his last six starts and tonight he will make his 15th start in the Flames’ last 16 games. He will start at home where he has done a lot of winning this year—Ramo is 6-2-0 with a 2.86 GAA and .900 SV% at Scotiabank Saddledome.

Ramo allowed three goals on 29 shots in the Flames’ shootout win against the Stars on Tuesday. It was a surprising win, which is why the Flames will go back to Ramo tonight vs. the Bruins. Ramo has won three of his last five while posting a 2.33 GAA and .900 SV%. It isn’t pretty, but Ramo is getting it done, but draws a tough matchup with the high-scoring Bruins in down.

Ramo allowed two goals on 21 shots in the Flames loss in Arizona last Friday. Jonas Hiller started on a Saturday and didn’t play well, so the Flames will go back to Ramo tonight vs. the Stars. Starting nearly every game last month, Ramo went 5-5-1 with a 2.63 GAA and .909 SV% in November. He has played well enough to remain the Flames’ No. 1 option, but should definitely be avoided when Dallas is in town.

Ramo allowed four goals on 31 shots in the Flames loss in Anaheim on Tuesday. Despite the loss and Jonas Hiller being back, Ramo will start again on Friday. In his 11 previous starts, Ramo has six wins, a 2.83 GAA and .904 SV%. He has struggled on the road this season, going 2-6-0 with a 3.41 GAA and .896 SV%, so tread lightly.

Overall he has a 3.04 GAA and .901 SV% on the year, but that has translated into a 6-7-0 record. On Tuesday he will take on a Ducks team that continues to struggle, having lost five of their last seven.

Ramo allowed two goals on 20 shots in the Flames 3-2 win over the Devils on Tuesday. Ramo has played well enough for the Flames to continue to roll him out night in and night out. Despite getting consistent playing time, Ramo still is not a great fantasy option. He draws a terrible matchup tonight with the Blackhawks in town.

Ramo allowed three goals on 40 shots in the Flames loss in Chicago on Sunday. Since being recalled from Stockton (AHL), Ramo has gone 4-4-0 with a 3.01 GAA and .905 SV%. On Tuesday he will make his ninth consecutive start—he will face a Devils team that ranks 21st in scoring but still carry a 10-6-1 record.

Ramo will start his eighth consecutive game tonight in Chicago—Ramo comes into play with a 2-4-0 record, 3.35 GAA and .894 SV% on the road.

Ramo allowed three goals on 29 shots in the Flames loss in Tampa Bay last night. Despite losing two in a row while giving up a combined seven goals, Ramo will start for the second time in as many nights. Ramo has won three of his last six starts while posting a 3.18 GAA and .892 SV%—tonight will mark his seventh consecutive start.

Ramo surrendered four goals on 31 shots in the Flames loss in Florida on Tuesday. Despite posting an ugly 3.21 GAA and .891 SV% in his last five starts, Ramo has won three of them and will make his sixth straight start on Thursday. He will take on the team that drafted him back in 2004, but it is a Tampa Bay team who has been struggling to score goals through the first five weeks of the season.
