The Blue Jackets have signed Ryan MacInnis to a one-year, two-way contract.
MacInnis was recalled from Cleveland and will draw into the Blue Jackets lineup on Sunday.

MacInnis, who had one assist in seven games with the Blue Jackets earlier this season, will replace Alexander Wennberg who is expected to miss at least three weeks with an upper-body injury. During his time in the AHL, the 23-year-old MacInnis has scored six goals with 16 assists (22 points) in 36 games.

MacInnis appeared in seven games during his call-up but was a healthy scratch for the last five games. His demotion made room for Cam Atkinson (ankle) to be activated from IR. He returns to Cleveland, where he has 15 points (3G / 12A) in 28 games.
