Johnson (lower-body) will be back in the Lightning lineup on Saturday.

Johnson missed Monday's game against the Panthers but is expected to play vs. the Canadiens. He has missed five of the last eight games but Tampa Bay is hopeful that his nagging injury is behind him. Johnson, who will be on the fourth line and second power-play unit, has 15 points (7G / 8A) in 30 games this season.

Johnson (lower-body) is expected to play Tuesday vs. the Senators.

Johnson has missed the last four games with a lower-body injury but head coach Jon Cooper said that he is "good-to-go" tonight vs. the Senators. Johnson could skate in the top-6 if Nikita Kucherov can't play--he is listed as a game-time decision. Johnson has seven goals and seven assists (14 points) in 27 games this season.

Tyler Johnson
Johnson (undisclosed) will not play Monday; expected to miss a couple of games.

Johnson was not on the ice for Monday's morning skate and head coach Jon Cooper said that he is "definitely out tonight" and that we probably "won't see him for the next couple of games." With Johnson out, the Lightning has recalled Cory Conacher and Mitchell Stephens from Syracuse (AHL).

Johnson (undisclosed) will play Thursday vs. the Panthers.

Johnson will get a huge opportunity early in the season, as he’s set to centre Steven Stamkos and Nikita Kucherov on Thursday. Johnson skated between the dynamic duo on Wednesday and will also skate on the top power-play unit while Brayden Point is sidelined.

Johnson (undisclosed) is day-to-day but expected to play in the season opener.

Johnson missed Monday’s practice with the undisclosed injury that he suffered in Saturday’s preseason game, but head coach Jon Cooper is “hopeful” that he will play on Thursday. Monitor Johnson’s status over the next few days, but the sudden return of Brayden Point decreases Johnson’s fantasy value.

Johnson is day-to-day with a lower-body injury.

Johnson was forced to leave Thursday’s game vs. the Maple Leafs with a lower-body injury that will likely keep him out of the lineup on Saturday. Alex Killorn moved up to the second line with Brayden Point and Nikita Kucherov with Johnson held off of the ice on Friday.

Tyler Johnson
Johnson (upper-body) is expected to make his season debut on Thursday.

Johnson missed the Lightning’s season opener vs. the Panthers last Saturday but will play on Thursday barring a setback in the morning skate. Johnson is expected to skate on the Lightning’s second line with Yanni Gourde and Brayden Point and should see some time on the power-play as well.

Tyler Johnson
Johnson (upper-body) will not play on Saturday.

Johnson was originally listed as questionable for Saturday's game, but will not play in the Lightning's season opener. Johnson has been practicing, so he figures to be back next week. With Johnson sidelined, Cory Conacher will play on the fourth line and Mathieu Joseph will be bumped to the third line.

Tyler Johnson
Johnson (upper-body) practiced for the second-straight day; remains questionable for Saturday.

Johnson has been battling an upper-body injury and remains questionable for tomorrow’s season opener despite practicing on both Thursday and Friday. If Johnson is unable to play, Mathieu Joseph is expected to take his spot on the Lightning’s third line.

Tyler Johnson
Johnson (undisclosed) “should be in” Wednesday vs. the Sabres.

Johnson was banged up late in the Lightning shootout win over the Maple Leafs on Monday. Johnson took part in the morning skate and was on a line with J.T. Miller and Chris Kunitz and is expected to be in tonight. Johnson has two goals and one assist during a three-game point streak.

Tyler Johnson
Johnson (illness) is expected to be back in the Lightning lineup on Thursday.

Johnson missed Tuesday’s game in Vegas with an illness but was back on the ice this morning for the gameday skate and is expected to play vs. Ottawa. Johnson has been great as of late, picking up four goals and eight assists (12 points) in his last seven games.
