Bad Break for Kovalchuk Owners

Thrashers sniper Ilya Kovalchuk has suffered a broken bone in his right foot and is expected to be out of the lineup between two and four weeks.  Kovalchuk had been  on a tear scoring 9 goals in the first 8 games of the season. Rookie Evander Kane is expected fill Kovalchuks spot on the Thrashers top line and could make for a good replacement if you are a Kovalchuk owner, especially in a keeper league.
