Blues’ T.J. Oshie to miss three months with broken ankle

Updated on 11/11/10 @ 7:10 PM:  Blues’ GM Doug Armstrong announced that Oshie will miss at least three months after having surgery on his broken left ankle.

The St. Louis Blues will be without winger/center T.J. Oshie for an undefined period of time after he suffered a broken left ankle during a loss to the Columbus Blue Jackets last night.

Oshie, who currently leads the Blues in points, injured his ankle when he was involved in an incident with Columbus center Samuel Pahlsson resulting in Pahlsson falling awkwardly on Oshie’s leg.

There hasn’t be a roster move announced yet, but Jeremy Rutherford of the St. Louis Dispatch believes it could be T.J. Hensick.

Keep checking back for updates as they happen.  Be sure to also check out the updated lines once a move is made.
