The OVER has paid out in just one of their 10 most recent meetings.

Opening NHL Odds: Lightning -355 Favorites

The Lightning have won 16 games in a row against the Red Wings dating back to April 2016 and 19 of the last 20 games between the two teams. That includes a 2-1 Tampa Bay victory as heavy -400 home favorites in the first game of the season between the two teams on December 29. The UNDER has paid out in four of the last six games between the two teams.

Opening NHL Odds: Golden Knights -115 Favorites

The Golden Knights are 7-3 in their 10 all-time meetings with the Flames, knocking off Calgary by scores of 6-2 as -155 home favorites and 6-0 as -160 home favorites in the first two meetings of the season between the teams back in October and November. The OVER is 2-0-1 in the past three games between the teams and 6-3-1 over their 10 all-time matchups.

Opening NHL Odds: Blues -125 Favorites

The Blues have picked up the win in all three of their games against the Blackhawks so far this season, including a 6-5 victory as -200 home favorites on the NHL moneyline in the most recent game between the two teams on February 25. Overall St. Louis is just 5-5 in its last 10 games against Chicago dating back to April 2018, with the OVER/UNDER 7-3 in that stretch.

Opening NHL Odds: Wild -139 Favorites

The Wild are just 4-6 in their last 10 games against the Ducks dating back to January 2017 but the teams have split their two meetings so far this season, with Minnesota winning 4-2 as +110 road underdogs in November and Anaheim winning 3-2 as +130 road underdogs in December. The OVER/UNDER went 1-1 in those games but is 3-7 in their last 10 meetings.

Opening NHL Odds: Avalanche -155 Favorites

The Avalanche got past the Sharks 4-0 as -230 home favorites at sportsbooks in the first meeting of the season between the two teams on January 16, but Colorado is still just 4-6 in its last 10 games against San Jose dating back to March 2019. January’s contest was an UNDER result on the totals, with the OVER/UNDER going 5-4-1 in their last 10 matchups.

Blue Jackets at Canucks | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Canucks -145 Favorites

The Blue Jackets and Canucks have already met once this season, with Columbus winning 5-3 as -140 home favorites on the betting lines in an OVER result on the totals on March 1. Overall the Blue Jackets and Canucks have split their last 10 meetings at five victories apiece, while the OVER holds the slight edge at 6-4 in the last 10 games between the teams.
