New York returns home after a brief two-game road trip that saw the team go 1-1, with the UNDER currently on a 5-0-1 run.

Montreal ended a season-high eight-game skid with a 4-2 win over the New York Islanders on Tuesday as a -125 home favorite, with the OVER on a 7-2-1 run.

The Lightning open a three-game homestand against the Wild following a 3-2 overtime victory against the Predators on Tuesday as -115 road favorites. Tampa Bay ended a season-high three-game skid with that victory, and the UNDER has cashed in two straight. Minnesota has put together a season-high four-game winning streak, allowing two goals each time. The Wild earned two of those wins on the road as underdogs, improving to 6-10-2 away from home.

Opening NHL Odds: Hurricanes -155 Favorites

The Sharks open a four-game road trip versus the Hurricanes after losing 5-2 to the Capitals on Tuesday as -105 home underdogs. San Jose had won two in a row and five of six prior to that defeat. Carolina is coming off a 2-0 loss at Boston on Tuesday as a +130 road underdog, but the UNDER cashed again and has now gone a perfect 6-0 in the team’s last six games.

Opening NHL Odds: Stars -156 Favorites

The Stars will attempt to stop a four-game losing streak when they host the Jets in the finale of a home-and-home series. Dallas had won seven straight and 11 of 12 before its skid, which includes a 5-1 loss at Winnipeg on Tuesday in a pick’em matchup. The Jets have won four of their last five games and seven of nine, with the UNDER going 3-1 in their past four.

Sabres at Flames | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Flames -157 Favorites

The Flames will be going for a season-high three-game winning streak when they host the Sabres. Calgary has failed to win three in a row on three previous occasions this season, with the UNDER cashing in the third game each time. The UNDER is also on an incredible 9-0-1 in the past 10 games for the Flames overall. Buffalo opens a three-game road trip at Calgary and has gone 5-7-2 away from home this year overall after dropping six of seven.
