Blackhawks at Devils | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Devils -140 Favorites

The Blackhawks will be playing on back-to-back nights Friday as they visit the Devils following a 4-3 overtime win over the Bruins as +190 road underdogs on Thursday. Chicago blew a 3-0 lead but got a game-winning goal from captain Jonathan Toews in OT to help the team pick up two points for the first time since November 26. New Jersey has won three of the past four meetings, with the OVER going 3-1, but the team will be looking to end a three-game skid here. The Devils have won just twice in their last eight games, with the OVER on a 3-1 run.

Canadiens at Rangers | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Rangers -115 Favorites

The Canadiens begin a brief two-game road trip when they visit the Rangers off a 3-2 loss to the Avalanche on Thursday in a pick’em matchup. Montreal started 20-year-old goaltender Cayden Primeau against Colorado, and the rookie stopped 32-of-35 shots in his NHL debut. Look for veteran Carey Price to get the start in net here at New York though. The Rangers have won five of their last seven games following a 3-2 victory against the Blue Jackets as +120 road underdogs on Thursday. The UNDER is on a 6-0 run in New York’s last six games.

Coyotes at Penguins | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Penguins -170 Favorites

Like the Blackhawks, the Coyotes will also be playing on back-to-back nights when they visit the Penguins after defeating the Flyers 3-1 on Thursday as +125 road underdogs. Arizona has now won the first two games of a four-game road trip heading into Pittsburgh, taking over the lead in the Pacific Division from Edmonton by one point thanks to a 6-2-2 run. The Penguins opened a two-game homestand on Wednesday with a 3-0 victory against St. Louis as a -115 home favorite. Pittsburgh owns one of the league’s best home records at 11-3-2.

Kings at Oilers | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Oilers -165 Favorites

The Kings open a two-game road trip through Canada when they visit the Oilers in a Pacific Division matchup. Los Angeles is coming off a 3-1 loss to Washington on Wednesday as a +125 home underdog, with the UNDER cashing for the fourth time in five games. Meanwhile, Edmonton trails Arizona by one point for the division lead after dropping three of four. The Oilers are coming off a brutal 5-2 loss to the Senators on Wednesday as -210 home favorites.

Capitals at Ducks | OddsShark Matchup Report

Opening NHL Odds: Capitals -140 Favorites

The Capitals will try to close out a four-game road trip with a perfect record and extend their winning streak to six when they visit the Ducks. Washington has won each of the first three games of the trip by two goals or more after knocking off Los Angeles 3-1 on Wednesday as a -145 road favorite, with the UNDER cashing for the first time in five games. Anaheim also beat the same opponent on Monday to end a two-game skid. The Ducks doubled up the Kings 4-2 as -145 home favorites and had also lost five of six before earning that divisional victory.
