The Stars will be playing the second of back-to-back games in Florida on Friday when they visit the Panthers. Dallas has alternated wins and losses in its last five games following a 4-3 overtime victory at Tampa Bay on Thursday. The OVER cashed for the first time in seven games for the Stars, and they have also won three of the last four times and seven of the past 10 when playing the second game of a back-to-back situation. Florida ended a three-game skid Monday with a 6-1 rout of the Ottawa Senators as a -200 home favorite, with the OVER cashing for the first time in eight games.

Opening NHL Odds: Capitals -160 Favorites
The Capitals will close out a three-game road trip against the Devils and look to bounce back from a 3-0 loss to the Columbus Blue Jackets on Monday. Washington actually fell to Columbus for the second time in four games, this time as a -160 road favorite. In fact, the only two losses for the Capitals in their last 10 games have come versus the Blue Jackets. New Jersey will be attempting to put together its first three-game winning streak of the season here after winning two in a row for the fourth time. The UNDER is on a 4-0 run for the Devils.

Opening NHL Odds: Maple Leafs -150 Favorites
The Maple Leafs bring a two-game winning streak into this Eastern Conference road matchup with the Rangers. Toronto has also won four of its last five games, with each victory decided by two goals or more. New York will be playing the second game of a four-game homestand and trying to rebound from a 5-2 loss to the Nashville Predators on Monday as a +110 home underdog. The UNDER is on a 3-0 run for the Rangers, who have lost three of their last four.
Penguins at Oilers | OddsShark Matchup Report
Opening NHL Odds: Penguins -130 Favorites
The Penguins continue a four-game road trip by visiting the Oilers after winning the opener 4-1 against the Calgary Flames on Tuesday as -105 underdogs. Pittsburgh is riding a three-game winning streak and has also won six of its last seven, with the UNDER on a 5-2 run. Edmonton has headed in the opposite direction, losing five of its last six games, with three of them decided by exactly one goal. The UNDER has cashed in three straight for the Oilers too.
