Daniel Sedin Out 4-6 Weeks with Broken Foot

Updated: October 14, 2009 at 2:07 am by Kevin Dupuis

DanielSedinNuck World is reporting that Canucks winger Daniel Sedin will be out 4-6 weeks after breaking his left foot. The team had originally called the injury a “deep heel bruise”, but Sedin was spotted this morning on crutches with a cast on his left foot.  It will be interesting to see who plays the wing alongside his brother Henrik and how Henrik will fair over the next 4-6 weeks without his lookalike on the ice with him at all times.

We will update the Canucks Lineup as soon as we know it. You can check it out here: Canucks Team Lineup. Guillaume Desbiens has been called up by the Canucks from the Manitoba Moose.
