Fantasy Hockey: Daily Goalie Rankings – 10/27/22

Welcome to our Goalie Rankings brought to you by NHL Lines site Betway!

Trying to decide which goalies to start is a dilemma that Fantasy Hockey owners face daily.

We here at DailyFaceoff try to make being a Fantasy Owner as easy as possible. Each day, we will rank the day’s starting goalies based on their Projected Win%, Goals Against Average, and SV%. Win percentage and expected goals against are generated from Sportsbooks Odds and Implied Totals.

In addition to the Starting Goalies Rankings table, we will have a write-up about the best streaming options for that day (if any).

Keep an eye on our Starting Goalies page to ensure the goals listed below are CONFIRMED to start.

Eric Comrie (BUF vs. MTL) – 33% Rostered

Comrie is coming off of a terrible outing in Seattle, where he allowed five goals on 24 shots in a loss to the Kraken. It was a tough way to finish off a terrific west coast road-trip, where Comrie stopped 86 of 91 shots (.945 SV%) in back-to-back wins in Edmonton and Calgary. Comrie and the Sabres aren’t as good as they were against the Oilers or the Flames but they’re also not as bad as they looked against the Kraken. The truth is probably somewhere in the middle, and that should be good enough vs. the Canadiens. Montreal has lost four of their last six games while scoring just 2.17 goals per game.

Erik Kallgren (TOR @ SJS) – 10% Owned

It’s pretty difficult to trust Kallgren and his .886 career SV% (15 appearances) but the Maple Leafs are heavy road favourites (-222) so he should be able to secure the win at the very least. He’ll face a Sharks team that is currently dead last in the NHL in goals per game (1.89) so he may not damage your split stats too much. If you’re searching for just a win tonight, Kallgren is probably your best option on the waiver wire.
