Lyon (lower-body) will return to Detroit's lineup on Wednesday and is an option to start.

Lyon has been sidelined since suffering a lower-body injury at practice on November 27th but could return to the crease on Wednesday for the Red Wings. Cam Talbot (lower body) is nearing a return to the lineup as well but has been ruled out for Wednesday. The 32-year-old Lyon has a 2.74 GAA and .911 SV% in nine appearances (4-4-0) this season.

Alex Lyon
Daccord is expected to start vs. Ottawa on Tuesday.

Seattle will turn to Daccord between the pipes for only the second time in their last six games. The 28-year-old Daccord has been tremendous this season, giving Seattle a chance to win on most nights, posting a stellar 2.42 GAA and .916 SV% in 20 games (12-6-2). Seattle is coming off a 5-1 loss to the Tampa Bay Lightning and enters Tuesday's contest as +113 home underdogs against a red-hot Ottawa Senators club with a 7-2-1 record in their last 10.

Joey Daccord
Panarin (upper-body) is expected to miss his second straight game on Tuesday in Nashville.

The struggling Rangers were without Panarin in Sunday's 3-2 loss to the St. Louis Blues and will be without him again on Tuesday against the Nashville Predators. The Rangers are 3-7-0 in their last 10 games and can ill-afford to be without Panarin's team-leading 36 points (15G / 21A) in 29 games.

Artemi Panarin
Markstrom is in the starter's crease at New Jersey's morning skate.

The Devils have outscored their opposition 7-2 during a two-game winning streak, both with Markstrom between the pipes, and will roll with him again on Tuesday against the St. Louis Blues. The 34-year-old Markstrom has been solid in his first season with the Devils, posting a 2.35 GAA and .908 SV% in 23 games (15-6-2). The Devils enter Tuesday's contest as -178 road favorites against a Blues club coming off a 3-2 win over the New York Rangers.

Jacob Markstrom
Greenway (undsiclosed) is doubtful to play on Tuesday in Montreal.

Greenway has been a game-time decision each game since returning from an injury earlier this month and is unlikely to play on Tuesday against the Montreal Canadiens. The 27-year-old Greenway is averaging 15:55 time-on-ice, recording seven points (3G / 4A) and 54 hits in 20 games this season.

Jordan Greenway
Hall (undisclosed) is a game-time decision vs. Washington on Tuesday.

Hall played a season-low 11:21 in Sunday's 5-3 win over the New York Islanders and is battling an undisclosed injury that could keep him out of the lineup on Tuesday. The 2017-18 Hart Trophy winner only has 14 points (7G / 7A) in 30 games this season but has been more productive lately, scoring eight points (5G / 3A) in his last 10 games.

Taylor Hall
Silovs has been assigned to Abbotsford (AHL).

With Thatcher Demko rounding into form after returning from injury, the Canucks have opted to roll with him and Kevin Lankinen as their goaltending tandem, resulting in Silovs being assigned to Abbotsford (AHL). The 23-year-old Silovs has had a rocky 2024-25 campaign with the Canucks, posting a 4.11 GAA and .847 SV% in seven appearances (1-4-1).

Arturs Silovs
Carrier (upper-body) returned to morning skate on Tuesday but will not play vs. New York.

Carrier has not played since December 7th and will remain out of the lineup on Tuesday but appears to be nearing a return to action. The 28-year-old defenseman is averaging 20:08 time-on-ice, recording seven points (1G / 6A), a -14 plus/minus, and 31 blocks in 28 games this season.

Alexandre Carrier
Josi (lower-body) skated at morning skate on Tuesday but will not play.

Josi has not played since December 10th and will not play on Tuesday but appears to be inching closer to a return. The 34-year-old Josi has 23 points (7G / 16A) in 29 games this season. The Predators have opted to run a five-forward group on their top powerplay unit with Josi out of the lineup.

Roman Josi
Luukkonen is expected to start vs. Montreal on Tuesday.

The Sabres are trapped in a season-worst 10-game losing skid (0-7-3) and, desperate for a win, will likely turn to Luukkonen between pipes on Tuesday against the Montreal Canadiens. The 25-year-old Luukkonen has a 2.80 GAA and .903 SV% in 21 games this season (8-9-3). The Sabres enter Tuesday's contest as -119 road favorites against a Canadiens club that defeated them 7-5 on November 11th.

Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen
Wolf will start vs. Boston on Tuesday.

Wolf was phenomenal in his last outing, saving all 32 shots he faced for his second shutout of the season in a 3-0 win over the Florida Panthers. The 23-year-old Wolf remains a quality candidate for the Calder trophy, posting a solid 2.65 GAA and .915 SV% in 15 games this season (9-5-1). The Flames enter Tuesday's contest as +116 road underdogs against a Boston Bruins club coming off an impressive 5-1 win over the Vancouver Canucks.

Dustin Wolf
Drury underwent successful hand surgery and is expected to miss the next four weeks.

Drury has been out of the lineup since suffering an injury last Tuesday. The 24-year-old Drury is averaging 13:09 time-on-ice and has nine points (3G / 6A) in 28 games this season. Jesperi Kotkaniemi has seen his deployment increase since Drury has been sidelined.

Jack Drury
Winnipeg has signed Kevin He to a three-year, entry-level contract.

He becomes the first Chinese-born player in history to sign an NHL contract. The 18-year-old winger was a fourth-round pick, 109th overall, of the Jets in the 2024 NHL Entry Draft. He has 43 points (23 / 20A) in 29 games with the Niagara IceDogs (OHL) this season.

Kevin He
Sundqvist is expected to draw back into St. Louis' lineup on Tuesday vs. New Jersey.

Alexandre Texier will be a healthy scratch on Tuesday against the New Jersey Devils, allowing Sundqvist to re-enter the lineup after a one-game absence. The 30-year-old Sundqvist is averaging 12:17 time-on-ice, recording three points (2G / 1A).
