Korpisalo is in the starter's crease at the Senators' morning skate.

Korpisalo allowed three goals on 38 shots in the Senators loss to the Islanders on Thursday. While it was an encouraging performance, Korpisalo still has just one win in four appearances this season. He draws a tough assignment on Saturday in Pittsburgh--the Penguins are top-10 in xGF/60 (3.38) this season.

Joonas Korpisalo
Varlamov is in the starter's crease at the Islanders' morning skate.

Varlamov allowed three goals on 42 shots in the Islanders' loss in Buffalo last Saturday. Ilya Sorokin started the last two games but Varlamov will start Saturday in Columbus. The Blue Jackets are in the middle of the pack in xGF/60 (3.17) through seven games this season.

Semyon Varlamov
Brossoit is in the starter's crease at the Jets' morning skate.

Brossoit allowed four goals on 26 shots in the Jets' loss to the Golden Knights on October 19th. It was a rough season debut for Brossoit, who will give Connor Hellebuyck a night off on Saturday. Montreal is 21st in xGF/60 (3.02) and the Jets are -147 favourites, making Brossoit a decent spot-start option.

Laurent Brossoit
Gustav Lindstrom will be a healthy scratch for the Canadiens on Saturday.

After playing the last two games, where he was held without a point, Lindstrom will be a healthy scratch for the Canadiens on Saturday. In four games with the Laval Rocket (AHL), Lindstrom was also held without a point while accumulating two penalty minutes and a -6 plus/minus rating.

Gustav Lindstrom
Oskar Steen has been called up from Providence (AHL).

With Milan Lucic being placed on LTIR, Steen has been called up as a possible replacement to slot into the lineup. Steen was off to a hot start with the Providence Bruins of the AHL this season, registering five points (3G / 2A) in five games.

Oskar Steen
Milan Lucic (lower-body) has been placed on long-term injured reserve.

Lucic has been given a week-to-week injury designation and will first be eligible to return on November 18th against the Montreal Canadiens as he recovers from a lower-body injury. Now in his second stint with the Bruins, Lucic has two points (0G / 2A) and eight hits through four games.

Milan Lucic
Liam Foudy will make his Predators debut on Saturday against the Maple Leafs.

Foudy was claimed off waivers from the Columbus Blue Jackets last week and will make his Predators debut on Saturday. The former 18th overall pick of the Blue Jackets in the 2018 NHL Entry Draft has 19 points (7G / 12A) in 90 career NHL games, all with Columbus.

Liam Foudy
Philip Tomasino will return to the lineup on Saturday against the Maple Leafs.

Tomasino will slot back into the Predators lineup on Saturday for the first time since October 17th. The Predators' 24th overall pick in the 2019 NHL Entry Draft has one point (0G / 1A) through four games after breaking out last season with 18 points (5G / 13A) in 31 games.

Philip Tomasino
Jarry was the first goalie off the ice at the Penguins' morning skate.

Jarry stopped all 31 shots that he faced in the Penguins' shutout win over the Avalanche on Thursday. It was shocking performance from Jarry, who allowed a combined eight goals on 48 shots (.833 SV%) in his previous two outings. Tonight he'll take on a Penguins team that has lost three in a row and will be without Thomas Chabot, Artem Zub and Erik Brannstrom.

Tristan Jarry
Sam Bennett (lower-body) will not play Saturday but is nearing a return.

Bennett has yet to play this season but appears to be nearing a return as he will travel with the team on their upcoming road trip. Last season, he registered 40 points (16G / 24A) in 63 games and should provide an offensive spark for a Panthers team that is off to a 3-3-0 start.

Sam Bennett
Allen will start Saturday vs. the Jets.

Allen stopped 36 of 37 shots in the Canadiens' win in Buffalo on Monday. After giving up five goals in Toronto on opening night, Allen has won two straight while stopping 67 of 70 shots (.957 SV%). Tonight, he'll take on a Jets team that is riding a three-game winning streak, outscoring their opponents 11-to-5.

Jake Allen
Kent Johnson is expected to be back in the Blue Jackets’ lineup on Saturday.

Johnson has been in and out of the lineup as a healthy scratch to start the season but appears that he will draw back in on Saturday against the New York Islanders. Johnson has two points (1G / 1A) while averaging 13:13 time-on-ice through five games. He will likely play on a line with Cole Sillinger and Justin Danforth.
