The Predators signed Fedor Svechkov to a three-year, entry-level contract.
The Senators signed Jiri Smejkal to a one-year, entry-level contract.
The Bruins signed Matthew Poitras to a three-year, entry-level contract.
Poitras was drafted in the second round (No.54 overall) of the 2022 NHL Draft. The 19-year-old centre led the Guelph Storm (OHL) with 95 points (16G / 79A) in 63 games during the 2023 season.
The Blue Jackets signed Dmitri Voronkov to a two-year, entry-level contract.
Voronkov was selected in the fourth round of the 2019 NHL draft and has spent the last four seasons in the KHL. During the 2023 season, he registered 31 points (18G / 13A) in 54 games with Kazan Ak-Bars (KHL).
The Coyotes signed Aku Räty to a two-year, entry-level contract.
Räty was a fifth-round pick in the 2019 NHL Draft and signed with Arizona after spending the last four seasons in Finland. The 21-year-old winger had 42 points (18G / 24A) in 53 games with Ilves Tampere (Liiga).
The Sharks signed Georgi Romanov to a two-year, entry-level contract.
Romanov was an undrafted free-agent goalie from Russia who spent the 2023 season with Gornyak-UGMK (VHL). The 23-year-old went 8-13-5 with a 2.81 GAA and .907 SV% in 31 games.
The Avalanche have acquired Frederik Olofsson from the Stars for future considerations and signed him to a one-year contract.
Olofsson was a pending UFA who split the 2023 season between the AHL and NHL. He had four points (1G / 3A) in 28 NHL games and 14 points (5G / 9A) in 37 AHL games last season. He will likely battle for a roster spot at the bottom of the Avalanche lineup next season.
The Devils have signed Jesper Bratt to an eight-year contract worth $63.0 million ($7.875M AAV).
Bratt was a pending RFA but signed an eight-year deal that will keep him in New Jersey through the 2031 season. Bratt has posted back-to-back 73-point seasons, but 2023 was the first time he eclipsed the 30-goal mark (32). Over those two seasons, Bratt is tied for 44th in the NHL in points (146) and 49th in goals (58).
The Sharks signed Valtteri Pulli to two-year, entry-level contract.
Pulli is a 22-year-old undrafted free agent from Finland. The blueliner spent the 2023 season with TPS Turku, where he had 17 points (3G / 14A) in 53 games.

Stezka was originally a fourth-round pick of the Minnesota Wild in 2015 but never signed. He inked a one-year deal with Seattle after going 25-14-0 with a 2.14 GAA and .924 SV% in 39 games with Vitkovice HC of the Czech Extraliga.
The Sabres signed Viktor Neuchev to a three-year, entry-level contract.
Neuchev was selected by the Sabres in the third round (No.74 overall) in the 2022 NHL Draft. Neuchev spent the 2023 season in the KHL, picking up 12 points (4G / 8A) in 57 games with Yekaterinburg Automobilist.
The Capitals signed Ivan Miroshnichenko to a three-year, entry-level contract.
Washington picked Miroshnichenko in the first round (No.20 overall) of the 2022 NHL Draft. The 19-year-old winger spent the 2023 season in the KHL, where he had four points (3G / 1A) in 23 games for Omsk Avangard.
The Jets signed Nikita Chibrikov to a three-year, entry-level contract.
Chibrikov was selected in the second round (No.50 overall) in 2021 and spent the 2023 season in the KHL. The 20-year-old winger had one goal and one assist in 31 games for Moscow Spartak.
The Lightning signed Maxim Groshev to a three-year, entry-level contract.
The Lightning selected Groshev in the third round (No.85 overall) in the 2020 NHL Draft. The 21-year-old winger had six points (4G / 2A) in 34 games with St. Petersburg SKA (KHL) in 2023.
The Coyotes signed Maksymilian Szuber to a three-year, entry-level contract.
Szuber was a sixth-round pick in the 2022 NHL Draft. The 20-year-old defenseman spent the 2023 season in Germany, posting 10 points (3G / 7A) in 46 games with Munich EHC (DEL).
The Devils signed Daniil Misyul to a two-year, entry-level contract.
The Devils picked Misyul in the third round (No.70 overall) of the 2019 NHL Draft. The 22-year-old defenseman has spent the last five seasons with Yaroslavl Lokomotiv (KHL), finishing 2023 with seven assists in 59 games.
The Islanders signed Matthew Maggio to a three-year, entry-level contract.
The Islanders selected Maggio in the fifth round of the 2022 NHL Draft. The 20-year-old winger led the OHL in goals (54) and points (111) during the 2023 season. Expect him to open the 2023-24 season with Bridgeport (AHL).
