The Panthers have recalled Grigori Denisenko from Charlotte (AHL).

Denisenko had nine goals, 21 points, 29 PIMs and a -14 plus/minus through 37 games played with the Charlotte Checkers (AHL) but will head back to Florida Friday. The 22-year-old has played in 17 games with Florida this season, picking up three assists, and a -5 plus/minus rating.

The Panthers have recalled Zac Dalpe from Charlotte (AHL).

Dalpe has 14 goals, 24 points, 17 PIMs and a -7 plus/minus through 32 games with the Charlotte Checkers (AHL) this season but has been recalled for a second time Friday. The 33-year-old has played in 11 games with Florida so far this season, picking up two goals and two assists with a -4 plus/minus rating.

Zac Dalpe
Duclair (Achilles) will make his season debut on Friday.

Duclair has not played this season due to an offseason Achilles injury but will make his season debut Friday vs. Buffalo. The 27-year-old is coming off a career year, where he had 31 goals, 27 assists, 167 SOG, 30 PIMs and a +19 plus/minus through 74 games in 2021-22.

The Panthers have placed Givani Smith (face) on LTIR.

Smith had to leave the Panthers' previous game after just 3:29 TOI due to a face injury and has now been placed on the long-term injured reserve. The 24-year-old has a goal, three assists, 24 SOG, 47 PIMs and a +3 plus/minus through 24 games prior to his injury.

Bennett (lower-body) remains day-to-day and will not play on Friday.

Bennett has missed the Panthers' previous three games with an undisclosed injury and will miss Friday as Florida takes on Buffalo. The 26-year-old has 14 goals, 21 assists, 167 SOG, 52 PIMs and a -1 plus/minus through 56 games prior to the injury.

Bobrovsky will start Friday vs. the Sabres.

Bobrovsky stopped 29 of 32 shots (.906 SV%) for his third win in four games as he beat Anaheim in his last start. The 34-year-old has had an up-and-down season but still has Florida just outside of a playoff spot due to his 17-15-2 record, 3.12 GAA and .902 SV%. He takes on the Buffalo Sabres, who have won three of their last four games after a 6-5 overtime win over Tampa Bay yesterday.

Hart will start Friday vs. the Canadiens.

Hart allowed three goals on 26 shots (.885 SV%) for his fourth-straight loss as he was beaten by Edmonton in his previous start. The 24-year-old has been much better than his 16-18-9 record indicates, with his .909 SV% and 2.89 GAA. He will take on the Montreal Canadiens, who have won four of their last six games after a 5-2 win over New Jersey last game.

Sorokin will start Friday vs. the Kings.

Sorokin stopped 25 of 26 shots (.962 SV%) for his third-straight win as he beat Winnipeg in his previous start. The 27-year-old is top-five in the NHL in both SV% (.925 SV%), GAA (2.39) with his 20-17-5 record. He takes on the Los Angeles Kings, who have lost two-straight but are 11th in the NHL in goals (3.31).

Grubauer led the Kraken onto the ice for warmups.

Grubauer stopped 21 of 23 shots for his third win in four games as he beat Detroit in his previous starts. The 31-year-old has really stepped up his game in the previous month, leading to him taking the majority of starts and his 8-9-3 record, 2.81 GAA and .900 SV%. He takes on the NHL-leading Boston Bruins, who are in the middle of a four-game winning streak after their 3-1 victory over Ottawa last game.

Silovs led the Canucks onto the ice for warmups.

Silovs stopped 35 of 37 shots (.946 SV%) for his first career win as he beat Philadelphia in his previous start. The 21-year-old has had two very opposite starts for Vancouver, with his 1-1-0 record, 3.54 GAA and .891 SV%. He takes on the St. Louis Blues, who have lost three-straight games and are 20th in the NHL in goals per game (3.04).
