Silovs will likely go back to the AHL by the end of the week, making room for Thatcher Demko to return to the Canucks' crease.

Moving him to Abbotsford (AHL) clears the way for Thatcher Demko to return later this week. Arturs Silovs was recalled in a corresponding move, and he's expected to serve as Collin Delia's backup on Wednesday.
