Jones will draw his second start in three games after winning his previous two appearance as he continues to replace the injured Joseph Woll. The 33-year-old veteran netminder is back to his winning ways after collecting 27 wins in 2022-23 with Seattle, with his 2-0-0 record this year, 3.46 GAA and .902 SV%. He hosts the Pittsburgh Penguins Saturday, who are in the middle of a two-game winning streak while ranking fifth in the NHL in shots on goal (33.1).

Hellebuyck draws the Jets' crease for the fourth time in five games as he looks to extend a personal four-game winning streak after a 32 save (.941 SV%) victory over Los Angeles last start. The 30-year-old workhorse netminder has been his usual solid self again this season, with his impressive 14-6-1 record, 2.42 GAA and .916 SV%. He'll host the Colorado Avalanche, who have won two straight and are fourth in the NHL in goals per game (3.59).

Binnington starts his fourth-straight game Saturday as he takes on Dallas after a 32 save (.941 SV%) win over Ottawa in his previous start. The 30-year-old Stanley Cup winner has brought his game back after two down seasons, with his 9-9-1 record, 3.05 GAA and .909 SV%. Ekblad left Thursday's game with a lower-body injury and is questionable to play Saturday in Edmonton. Head coach Paul Maurice said that Ekblad's injury isn't serious and that they "don't even know if it's day-to-day" and added that they "think they got ahead of it." It sounds like Ekblad is more likely to play than miss Saturday's game, but monitor his status during the afternoon.

Levi has been excellent since returning from a brief stint in the AHL and will start for the fourth time in five games for the Sabres. In his last three games (2-0-1), Levi has only allowed five goals, showing the pedigree that made him a high-end prospect, posting a tremendous .942 SV%. The Sabres are +178 road underdogs in their first matchup of the season against the Vegas Golden Knights, who are riding a four-game winning streak, outscoring their opposition 22-12.

Kelemen will be the odd-man out on Friday with Jack McBain (lower-body) set to make his return following a 15-game absence. Kelemen has no goals and one assist in ten games with the Coyotes this season.

Oettinger played only eight minutes before being lifted due to the injury. Scott Wedgewood will tend the twine for the Stars in his absence. We can expect to receive some sort of update from the Stars' on Oettinger's status following the completion of Friday's game.

Forsberg will draw back into the Senators' crease for the first time since December 7th as Ottawa is set to play their second game in as many nights. Forsberg took the loss his last time out, allowing four goals on 22 shots enroute to a 4-3 defeat at the hands of the Maple Leafs. The 31-year-old netminder has endured a rocky start to his 2023-24 campaign, posting an .885 SV% and a 3.03 GAA. He draws another difficult assignment on Friday as the Senators find themselves as +185 underdogs in Dallas.

Evangelista will get the opportunity to play on Friday as Kiefer Sherwood (upper-body) is unavailable. Evangelista has four goals and ten assists in 28 games this season.

Sherwood was a late scratch for Friday's game with the team announcing his absence less than 15 minutes before puck drop. Luke Evangelista will draw into the lineup in his place.

Mitchell will make way for the recently recalled Parker Wotherspoon. Mitchell has zero goals and two assists in 11 games this season.
