Markstrom will start vs. Calgary on Thursday.

The Devils have been liberal with their goalie rotation lately, regularly alternating starts, with Jake Allen outplaying Jacob Markstrom. Still, Markstrom will tend the twine on Thursday against his former club, the Calgary Flames. The 35-year-old Markstrom has allowed six goals in two of his last three outings (1-2-0), posting an ugly .805 SV%. He has a 2.45 GAA and .902 SV% in 41 games this season (22-13-5).

Kulikov played only 6:00 time-on-ice in Florida's previous game before exiting the contest due to an upper-body injury and will be sidelined week-to-week but will likely be back before the end of the regular season. The 34-year-old Kulikov is averaging 19:17 time-on-ice, recording 13 points (4G / 9A), 70 blocks, and 110 hits in 68 games this season. The Panthers recalled Tobias Bjornfot from Charlotte (AHL) on Tuesday as a temporary replacement on the blue line.

Blackwood did not play the previous two games for Colorado due to an illness but will return to the crease on Wednesday against the Toronto Maple Leafs. The 28-year-old Blackwood has been tremendous since joining Colorado earlier this season, posting a 2.17 GAA and .919 SV% in 28 games (18-7-3). He has allowed two or fewer goals in six of his last 11 games (8-2-1), posting a .920 SV%. Colorado enters Wednesday's contest as -114 road favorites against a Maple Leafs squad they defeated 7-4 on March 8th.

The Maple Leafs have not started Woll in consecutive games since Anthony Stolarz returned from a knee injury in early February. However, after a strong outing on Monday, saving 24 of 26 shots (.923 SV%) in a 6-2 win over the Calgary Flames, Woll will return to the crease on Wednesday against the Colorado Avalanche. The 26-year-old Woll has a 2.75 GAA and .905 SV% in 35 games this season (23-12-0). The Maple Leafs enter Wednesday's contest as slight +107 home underdogs against a Colorado Avalanche team with points in nine straight games (8-0-1), including a 7-4 win over the Maple Leafs two weeks ago.

Garland did not practice on Monday due to an undisclosed ailment and his status for Tuesday's game against the Winnipeg Jets was up in the air. The 29-year-old Garland is averaging 18:46 time-on-ice and has 41 points (17G / 24A) in 67 games this season. He had a career-high 52 points (19G / 33A) with the Canucks in the 2021-22 season.

Utah HC is coming off a 3-1 win over the Vancouver Canucks, where Vejmelka saved 18 of 19 shots (.947 SV%), and he will return to the crease on Tuesday against the Edmonton Oilers. The 28-year-old Vejmelka has a 2.45 GAA and .909 SV% in 44 games this season (19-17-6). Utah HC is trying to stay within reach of a Wild Card spot in the Western Conference and enter Tuesday's contest as +148 road underdogs against an Oilers team riding a two-game winning streak.

Ceci was absent from morning skate on Tuesday, tending to family issues, but will play in the evening against the Anaheim Ducks. The struggling Predators have only scored only goal in their previous two games (0-1-1) and will turn to Saros between the pipes on Tuesday against the St. Louis Blues. Saros had a light night in his most recent outing, saving 13 of 15 shots (.867 SV%), but did not receive ample goal support in a 2-1 loss to the Anaheim Ducks. The 29-year-old goalie has a 2.92 GAA and .897 SV% in 49 games this season (16-26-6).
