Givani Smith has been traded to the Florida Panthers as part of a three-way deal.

Smith had been playing in Grand Rapids (AHL) prior to being dealt Monday, where he had two goals, three assists, 45 PIMs and a -21 plus/minus through 19 games. He was part of a trade which saw Detroit acquire Danny O'Regan, and Anaheim, Michael Del Zotto.

O'Regan had been playing in San Diego (AHL) prior to being dealt Monday to the Detroit Red Wings and had three goals, 15 assists and a -11 plus/minus through 27 games with the Gulls. He was a part of a three-way deal which saw Michael Del Zotto head to Anaheim and Givani Smith go to Florida.

Martin was the first goalie off of the ice at the Canucks morning skate.

Martin allowed five goals on 27 shots (.815 SV%) as he picked up his second loss in three games with a defeat to the Winnipeg Jets in his last start. The 27-year-old has an impressive 9-4-1 record despite having a mediocre .889 SV% and 3.50 GAA. He will face the St. Louis Blues, who have won their last three games after a 5-2 victory over Calgary their last time out.

Binnington was the first goalie off of the ice at the Blues morning skate.

Binnington allowed three goals on 27 shots (.889 SV%) as he picked up his second straight win in a victory over Edmonton in his last start. The 29-year-old has been all over the place this season, with his 11-11-1 record, 3.21 GAA and .894 SV%. He will take on the Vancouver Canucks, who lost their last game 5-1 but are ninth in the NHL in goals per game (3.37).

Brock Boeser will be a game-time decision Monday (illness).

Boeser has missed the Canucks last two games due to illness and will be a game-time decision Monday as they take on St. Louis. It has been a rocky season for the 25-year-old, dealing with trade speculations while putting up four goals, 12 assists, 48 SOG with a -14 plus/minus through 22 games played so far.

Hill will start Monday vs. the Sabres.

Hill allowed five goals on 34 shots (.853 SV%) but still picked up his third straight win with a victory over Winnipeg in his previous start. The Golden Knights' backup has been solid this season, with a 8-2-1 record, 2.62 GAA and .907 SV%. He will face the Buffalo Sabres, who are on a three game winning streak after beating the Arizona Coyotes 5-2 in his last start.

Luukkonen is expected to start Monday in Vegas.

Luukkonen stopped 39 of 41 shots (.951 SV%) in his best start of the season his last time out, beating the Colorado Avalanche for his third win in four starts. The 23-year-old has had an up-and-down first eight starts of the season, with his 4-3-1 record, 3.62 GAA and .880 SV%. He takes on the Vegas Golden Knights, who lost their last game 5-2 but lead the Pacific Division standings.

Michael Matheson will be out indefinitely with a lower-body injury.

Matheson returned for one game before it was announced Monday that he would be out indefinetly due to a lower-body injury. It is another tough blow for the 28-year-old who has been dealing with injuries all season, as he has a goal, six points and 24 SOG in his first ten games played with the Canadiens.

Martin Kaut has been recalled from the Eagles (AHL) and will be in the Avalanche's lineup Monday.

Kaut had four goals and five points in six games with the Colorado Eagles (AHL) prior to his third call-up of the season to the Avalanche. In his previous stints with the Avalanche, he had a goal, two assists, and 19 SOG across 18 games while averaging 10:14 TOI.

Sorokin will start Monday in Colorado.

Sorokin came in for an odd one save on one shot relief performance in the Islanders' previous matchup, as he came in for an injured Semyon Varlamov and saw limited action in 6:22 TOI vs. Vegas. The 27-year-old has been a rock for the Islanders this season, with his 10-10-0 record, 2.49 GAA and .921 SV%. He will take on the Colorado Avalanche, who have won three of their last four game after a 3-1 victory over Nashville in their last game.

Cal Clutterbuck is day-to-day and will not play Monday with an upper-body injury.

Clutterbuck missed the Islanders' previous game due to an upper-body injury and is now considered day-to-day with the injury. The 35-year-old had just recently became the all-time hits leader in the NHL and has three goals, five points, 14 PIMs and a +4 plus/minus in 26 games prior to the injury.

Palmieri has played one game since Nov.21st due to an upper-body injury that has reaggrivated itself and is considered day-to-day after playing 10:46 in a game vs. Arizona Friday. The 31-year-old veteran winger has six goals, nine points and 39 SOG through 21 games prior to hitting the shelf again due to injury.

Rasmus Kupari has been recalled from Ontario (AHL).

Kupari has two goals, three assists, 13 SOG, and eight PIMs through 18 games with the Kings and will head back to the big club from the Ontario Reign (AHL) Monday. In the minors he had five goals, nine points and 22 PIMs in 11 games prior to his promotion.

Saros will start Monday vs. the Oilers.

Saros allowed only two goals on 29 shots (.931 SV%) but still picked up his fifth straight loss in a defeat to the Colorado Avalanche in his last start. The 27-year-old has had an up-and-down season, with his 9-9-4 record, 2.84 GAA and .911 SV%. He draws a start vs. the Edmonton Oilers, who have lost their last two games but have the league's best power play (31.9).
