Vanecek will start Tuesday vs. the Blackhawks.

Vanecek allowed four goals on 24 shots (.833 SV%) as he lost only his second contest in 14 appearances in an overtime loss to Nashville. New Jersey has proven the perfect fit for Vanceck, as shown by his 11-2-1 record, 2.24 GAA and .918 SV%. He draws a great matchup in Chicago, who have lost nine of their last ten games.

Toews has eight goals and six assists with a -10 plus/minus through 24 games but is in danger of missing his first game of the 2022-23 season due to illness as he is a game-time decision Tuesday. If he is unable to play the Blackhawks will role with seven defensemen.

Iafallo hasn't played since October 17th due to a lower-body injury but was enjoying an incredibly successful early start to the season after picking up a point in all four games played with five points (2G/3A) and six SOG. He will play on a line with Gabe Vilardi and Adrian Kempe.

Husso stopped 32 of 34 shots (.941 SV%) as he picked up his fifth win in seven starts with a victory over Columbus. He has enjoyed a strong first season in Detroit, posting a 10-4-3 record with his .912 SV% and 2.58 GAA. He will take on the Tampa Bay Lightning who have won four of their last five games after a 4-3 overtime victory over Toronto.

Soderblom will start Tuesday in New Jersey.

Soderblom allowed three goals on 40 shots (.925 SV%) as he picked up his fifth straight loss in a defeat to the New York Islanders his last time out. The rookie has struggled with little offensive support this season, posting a 2-6-2 record with a .906 SV% and 3.21 GAA. He takes on the NHL-leading New Jersey Devils, who are 2nd in the NHL in shots per game (35.4) and fourth in goals (3.72).

Smith missed Monday's contest due to an upper-body injury but will return Wednesday as the Bruins take on Colorado. The 33-year-old has a goal, two assists and 16 SOG through 12 games in an injury-filled season to date.

Copley will be making his season and Kings' debut Tuesday vs. Ottawa. The 30-year-old had been enjoying a strong season with Ontario of the AHL posting a 6-4-2 with a .913 SV% and 2.48 GAA. He will face off against Ottawa who has played well of late, winning four of five games.

Nils Lundkvist will return to the Stars' lineup Tuesday vs. Toronto.

Lundkvist has been a healthy scratch for Dallas' previous three games but will draw back into the lineup Tuesday as they take on Toronto. The 22-year-old has had an up-and-down season with a goal, four assists, and 41 SOG through 22 games while averaging only 17:29 TOI.

Oettinger will start Tuesday vs. the Maple Leafs.

Oettinger had his worst start of the year his last time out, getting pulled after allowing four goals on 16 shots (.750 SV%) as he took the no-contest against Minnesota. The 23-year-old has been having a stellar season regardless of the rough start, with his 9-2-3 record, .917 SV% and 2.51 GAA. He takes on the Toronto Maple Leafs, who have gotten points in 11 straight games after a 4-3 overtime loss vs. Tampa in their last game.

Ryan Poehling will be out of the lineup Tuesday vs. Columbus (upper-body) and is considered day-to-day.

Poehling will miss his first game of the season Tuesday due to an upper-body injury, although it does not seem too serious as he skated in the morning. The 23-year-old has four goals, three assists and 28 SOG through 25 games played this season while averaging 11:23 TOI.

Crosby missed the Penguins' practice Monday and will be a game-time decision Tuesday as Pittsburgh takes on Columbus. The Penguins' captain is in the middle of a five-game point streak (3G/3A) and ranks 10th in the NHL with 33 points (13G/20A) through 25 games played.

Hellebuyck will start Tuesday vs. the Panthers.

Hellebuyck stopped 28 of 30 shots (.933 SV%) to pick up his fourth straight win in a victory over Anaheim in his previous start. He has been sensational this season, as his 12-5-1 record and .931 SV% both have him 3rd in the NHL in both stats among goalies. He's taking the Florida Panthers, who are coming off back-to-back 5-1 victories and lead the NHL in average shots on goal with 38.6.

Jarry stopped 26 of 28 shots (.929 SV%) as he picked up his sixth win in seven starts beating St. Louis 6-2 in his last time out. His 10-3-3 record on the season has him on pace for yet another great year, helped by his .915 SV% and 2.86 GAA. He faces the Columbus Blue Jackets who have struggled as of late, losing four of their last five games after a 4-2 loss to Detroit in their previous game.

Vasilevsky stopped 36 of 39 shots (.923 SV%) winning his sixth game in eight starts as he beat the Toronto Maple Leafs 4-3 in his last time out. It's been an off-year for the usually stellar 28-year-old thus far, as he has a 10-7-1 record with a .909 SV% and 2.78 GAA. He will face the Detriot Red Wings who won 4-2 over Columbus in their previous game and rank 15th in the NHL in goals per game (3.17).

He will take on the streaky St. Louis Blues who are on a four-game losing skid and have dropped six of their last seven games.

The return of Derick Brassard from a two-game absence means Dylan Gambrell will be the odd man out of the Senators' lineup Tuesday as they take on Los Angeles. In eight games this season he has one goal, seven shots and seven PIMs while playing limited minutes averaging only 10:00 TOI.
