Gibson allowed six goals on 39 shots (.846 SV%) for his fifth loss in six starts as he was defeated by New Jersey in his previous start. It has been a season to forget for the 29-year-old, who is 7-19-3, with a 4.14 GAA and .894 SV%. He will take on the Pittsburgh Penguins, who have lost their previous two games and eight of their last ten.

Thompson allowed four goals on 37 shots (.892 SV%) for his second-straight loss in a defeat to Edmonton in his last start. The 25-year-old rookie has been fantastic this season, with his 18-11-1 record, 2.71 GAA and .913 SV%. He takes on the Dallas Stars, who have lost their last two games but are seventh in the NHL in goals (3.43).

Oettinger stopped 29 of 31 shots (.935 SV%) to snap a two-game winning streak as he was beaten in overtime by the New York Rangers in his previous start. The 24-year-old has been phenomenal through the first half of the season, with his 19-6-4 record, .924 SV% and 2.28 GAA. He takes on the Vegas Golden Kngihts, who are first in the Pacific Division and have won four of their last six games.

Halak stopped 17 of 18 shots (.944 SV%) for his fourth win in five starts as he beat Montreal his previous time out. The 37-year-old backup has struggled through the first half of the season, with his 4-6-1 record, 2.85 GAA and .896 SV%. He takes on the Columbus Blue Jackets, who just snapped a three-game losing streak with a 4-3 victory over Detroit last game.

Hollowell has not played since Dec. 3rd due to a fractured kneecap and has now undergone surgery for the injury which is expected to keep him out of the lineup for a minimum of 12 weeks. The 24-year-old had two assists, four SOG and a +3 plus/minus through six games prior to the injury.

Robertson has not played since Dec. 8th and will now miss the remained of the season after undergoing season-ending shoulder surgery. The 21-year-old is expected to miss six months after scoring two goals and five points in 15 games prior to the injury.

Vanecek stopped 31 of 33 shots (.939 SV%) for his fifth straight victory as he beat the Anaheim Ducks in his last start. It has been an incredibly successful first campaign in New Jersey for Vanecek, with his 17-5-2 record, 2.35 GAA and .914 SV%. He takes on the San Jose Sharks who have lost four of their last five games after a 7-1 loss vs. Edmonton last game.

Vasilevskiy stopped 23 of 25 shots (.920 SV%) for his sixth win in seven starts as he beat St. Louis in his last start. The 28-year-old has been a force yet again this season, with his 19-10-1 record, 2.50 GAA and .917 SV%. He will be looking to stop the Seattle Kraken's impressive eight-game winning streak after they beat Chicago 8-5 last game.

Grubauer allowed three goals on 35 shots (.914 SV%) to snap a two-game losing streak with a victory over Buffalo in his last start. The 31-year-old has struggled yet again in his second season in Seattle, with his 4-7-1 record, 3.49 GAA and .885 SV%. He will face the Tampa Bay Lightning, who have won their last three games and are fifth in the NHL in goals per game (3.59).

Nedeljkovic was placed on waivers Sunday and cleared, assigning him to Grand Rapids (AHL) where he is 3-2-2 with a .920 SV% and a 2.30 GAA. The 27-year-old had struggled with the Red Wings, with a .880 SV%, 4.09 GAA and 2-4-2 record.

Hagg last played on Dec. 8th due to an undisclosed injury but has been activated off the injured reserve Monday. The 27-year-old had two assists, 10 PIMs, 19 SOG and a -8 plus/minus through 13 games prior to the injury.


Carrier missed Nashville's previous game vs. Buffalo due to an upper-body injury and will be a game-time decision for the Predators Monday as they take on Calgary. The 26-year-old has two goals, three assists, 42 SOG, 20 PIMs and a -3 plus/minus through 35 games this season.

Saros allowed five goals on 33 shots (.848 SV%) for his second straight loss as he was defeated by Buffalo in his previous start. The 27-year-old star netminder has been a rock for the Predators this season, with his 15-12-5 record, 2.73 GAA and .919 SV%. He takes on the Calgary Flames, who have won their last two games and are third in the NHL in shots per game (34.9).

Sundqvist has six goals, 10 assists, 40 SOG, 20 PIMs and a -6 plus/minus through 34 games this season but will be a healthy scratch Monday as the Red Wings take on Colorado. Pius Suter will be his replacement in the lineup.

Nichuskin hasn't played since Dec. 23rd after re-aggravating an ankle injury that had previously caused the winger to miss time this season. Nichuskin is having a great season when rarely healthy, with seven goals, 16 points, 46 SOG and a +4 plus/minus through 15 games.

Husso allowed four goals on 25 shots (.840 SV%) to end a two-game winning streak as he was defeated by Columbus in his previous start. Husso has struggled mightily as of late, which has led to his 14-9-5 record, 2.99 GAA and .902 SV%. He faces the Colorado Avalanche for an afternoon showdown, who won their last game 7-0 over the Ottawa Senators but are 24th in the NHL in goals per game (2.98).

Francouz was perfect, stopping all 29 shots for his first shutout of the season as he won his third start in four tries with a victory over Ottawa last game. The 32-year-old backup started the year slow but has been sensational as of late, with his 5-6-0 record, 2.57 GAA and .919 SV%. He faces the Detroit Red Wings for an afternoon showdown Monday, who lost their last game 4-3 to Columbus and are 20th in the NHL in goals per game (3.1).

Reimer allowed four goals on 37 shots (.892 SV%) for his fourth-straight defeat as he picked up the loss against Los Angeles in his last start. It has been a horrific first half of the season for the 34-year-old veteran, who is 7-13-3, with a 3.26 GAA and .895 SV%. He will face the New Jersey Devils, who are on fire yet again with their current four-game winning streak after a 5-2 win over Los Angeles last game.
