Nikolaj Ehlers
Markstrom is expected to start Friday vs. the Islanders.

Markstrom allowed three goals on 25 shots (.880 SV%) for his second loss in three starts as he was defeated by Winnipeg in his last start. The 32-year-old has fought the puck all season long, with his 12-10-4 record, 2.79 GAA and .895 SV%. He takes on the New York Islanders, who have lost two of their last three games after a 4-2 loss to Edmonton yesterday.

Mats Zuccarello is day-to-day and will miss both Wilds games this weekend (upper body).

Zuccarello has 16 goals, 24 assists, 105 SOG, 16 PIMs and 16 PPP through 37 games but will be forced to miss at least the Wilds' next two games as he recovers from an upper-body injury. Minnesota has stated they have hopes he will return by next weekend's road trip.

Mats Zuccarello
Patrick Kane is day-to-day and will not play Friday (undisclosed).

Kane left Chicago's previous contest vs. Tampa Bay after just 13 shifts and 12:57 TOI due to an undisclosed injury and will sit out Friday as well. Patrick Kane
Bobrovsky will start Friday in Detroit.

Bobrovsky allowed five goals on 28 shots (.821 SV%) for his third loss in four starts as he was defeated by the New York Rangers his last time out. He will face the Tampa Bay Lightning, who just snapped a four-game winning streak with a 5-1 loss to Minnesota last game.

Connor Hellebuyck

He will hope for better fortunes against the Vancouver Canucks, who have lost their last three games after a 6-2 loss to the New York Islanders last game.
