Grzelcyk has missed the last two games but will replace Jack Ahcan in the lineup on Saturday. Grzelcyk has not scored a goal since January 10th, posting just six assists in his last 19 games.
Hischier (lower-body) is questionable to play Saturday vs. the Ducks.
Hischier has missed the last two games with a lower-body injury and skated by himself before Saturday's morning skate, leaving him questionable to play Saturday. It seems unlikely that he'll be back in the lineup but monitor his status when the Devils hit the ice for warmups at 6:30 PM ET.

Montembeault was the first goalie off of the ice at the Canadiens morning skate.
Buchnevich (concussion) will not play Saturday afternoon in Nashville.
Buchnevich will miss his second straight game with a concussion that he suffered vs. the Senators on Tuesday. Logan Brown will remain in the lineup vs. the Predators. Buchnevich is questionable to play Sunday as well.
The Kraken have recalled Kole Lind from Charlotte (AHL).
With Alex Wennberg and Joonas Donskoi both out with upper-body injuries, Lind is expected to be in the Kraken lineup on Saturday. Lind has two assists in five NHL games this season and 35 points (17G / 18A) in 46 AHL games.
The Kraken placed Joonas Donskoi (upper-body) on IR.
Donsoki suffered an upper-body injury in Toronto on Tuesday and missed Thursday's game in Ottawa. He was moved to IR on Friday to open up a roster spot to recalled Kole Lind from the AHL.
Wennberg (upper-body) will not play Saturday in Montreal.
Wennberg will miss Saturday's game against the Montreal Canadiens due to an upper-body injury. With Joonas Donskoi going on IR, Kole Lind was recalled from the AHL and will likely take Wennberg's spot in the lineup.

Edmundson (back) will make his season debut on Saturday.
Edmundson has missed the first 57 games of the season with a back injury but is set to make his season debut vs. the Kraken. Edmundson had three goals and 10 assists (13 points) in 55 games with the Canadiens a season ago.

The Panthers recalled Spencer Knight from Charlotte (AHL).
Knight and Jonas Johansson swap spots, likely so Johansson can get some game action in over the weekend. Without a back-to-back over the weekend, Knight is likely to serve as Sergei Bobrovsky's backup on Sunday.
Bozak (illness) will be a game-time decision on Saturday afternoon.
Bozak missed Thursday's game against the Rangers due to a non-COVID illness but is expected to be available for Saturday's game in Nashville. Bozak will replace Jake Walman and the Blues will go back to 12 forwards and six defensemen if he can play.

Bellows is expected to draw back into the Islanders lineup on Friday.
Chara (upper-body) is on the ice for warmups and is expected to play Friday.
Aho is not on the ice for warmups.

In the 2023-24 season, there were a total of 14 suspensions and 17 fines issued throughout the NHL. The longest suspension served was dealt to former-Detroit Red Wing David Perron at six-games after a cross-checking penalty dealt ironically against his current team in the 2024-25 season, the Ottawa Senators. Additionally, Perron was fined $148,437.48 for his actions.
